Research On Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Rural Revitalization Strategy is a significant strategic decision related to rural development officially put forward at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Its general policy is "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life",in which industrial prosperity is the key.In Chapter 13 of the national strategic plan for Rural Revitalization（2018-2022）,establishing a modern agricultural management system,it is clearly proposed to expand the main body of new agricultural management and develop a new rural collective economy,which also lays a foundation for the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives.Practice and theory have proved that farmers’ professional cooperatives play a prominent role in improving the degree of agricultural industrial organization,improving the level of agricultural scale and driving the development of high-quality agriculture.Based on the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper aims to explore some problems faced by farmers’ professional cooperatives at the current stage,try to explore the solutions to the corresponding problems,and finally improve farmers’ professional cooperatives,so as to achieve industrial prosperity and drive rural revitalization.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part is a basic overview,mainly to clarify the specific process of the rural strategy,the difference between farmers’ cooperatives and professional cooperatives,and the relationship between the Rural Revitalization Strategy and professional cooperatives.The third part mainly traces the theoretical origin.Farmers’ professional cooperatives are the derivative of Marx and Engels’ agricultural cooperation thought,while Lenin further developed and deepened their theory and Practice on the basis of the two theories.After the formal establishment of new China,the advanced Chinese Communists represented by Mao Zedong put forward many valuable ideas and formed a more mature theory of farmers’ professional cooperatives.The fourth part mainly expounds the development status and some difficulties of professional cooperatives under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The fifth part is mainly for the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives.Mainly through three aspects: first,to create a "capable person mode" and build a "capable person system";Secondly,strengthen the leadership of the party and improve the supervision system;Thirdly,promote the development mechanism innovation of farmers’ professional cooperatives;The last is to improve the system guarantee,promote the "three capital reform",and promote the further improvement of farmers’ professional cooperatives through multi-party linkage.
