The Study Of The Strategy Of Improving Farmer’s Happiness From The Perspective Of Rural Ravitalization Strategy

To carry on ideological and political education to farmers is our Party’s tradition and experience.Strategy for rural revitalization is the priority of the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in new era.Through carrying on ideological and political education to farmers during the strategy for rural revitalization,the peasant diathesis can be constantly improved,the spiritual motivation and incentive to produce of the farmers can be stimulated,which will guide farmers to create a better life through their work and improve their sense of happiness.This paper studied the improvement of farmers’ sense of happiness.How to carry out farmers’ ideological and political education under the background of rural revitalization strategy is discussed and some strategies to improve farmers’ sense of happiness are put forward.At first,the definition,types,value and manifestation of farmers’ senses of happiness are discussed.The farmers’ senses of happiness points to the pleasant and positive psychological experience of the peasants that arises after the significant changes of material and spiritual life based on the implement of strategy for rural revitalization,which has the features of dependency,facticity,diversity and variability.Improving farmers’ happiness is of great significance for cultivating new professional farmers,promoting agricultural and rural modernization and realizing rural revitalization.Secondly,the general requirement of“flourishing industry,livable ecology,civilized local style,effective management and rich life” is clearly put forward in the Report to the 19 th CPC National Congress and Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization,which is also the logical basis point of this paper to carry on analysis and research from five aspects,namely,economy,politics,culture,society and ecology to study how to improve farmers’ happiness.Moreover,through social research and going deep into the grass-roots front line,workers engaged in agricultural and rural work were mainly interviewed and literature review and relevant data and the farmers are sorted out at the same time.The strong sense of happiness of farmers is reflected in the significant improvement of their material living standard,the continuous improvement of their spiritual life quality and the harmonious and stable social life,while the lack of happiness of some farmers is reflected in low labor enthusiasm,insufficient comfortable life,weak consciousness in implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,social responsibility and life satisfaction.The reasons for the changes of farmers’ sense of happiness are further analyzed based on the status of it.Based on the knowledge of farmers’ sense of happiness and the analysis of the status and reasons of it under the background of strategy for rural revitalization,the realization ways of improving farmers’ sense of happiness are put forward.Through playing the leading role,we should lead the farmers to become rich,do practical work for the people to win the satisfaction of farmers,give full play to the leading role of the Party building.We should strengthen the ideological and moral construction in rural areas by strengthening the guidance and education of farmers’ ideology and politics,improving the scientific and cultural quality of farmers,and carrying forward the fine family style in rural areas.We should improve the farmers’ living comfort by changing the farmers’ way of life,improving the rural ecological environment and transforming the rural living environment.We should improve the enthusiasm of farmers engaged in agricultural production through honest labor to increase income and integration into new industries.We should strengthen the education of social responsibility of farmers and their participation in social practice by educating them to establish a sense of ownership and guiding them to actively participate in rural social governance.Correct labor cognition should be formed by carrying out the education of getting rich by working hard,starting a business diligently and running the household industriously and frugally.Human beings’ pursuit of happy life is endless,and happy life is created through labor.Under the background of strategy for rural revitalization,only by adhering to the leadership of the Party,guiding farmers to improve their personal quality in labor,setting up the correct view of happiness and making unremitting efforts to achieve a happy life,can the practical effect of ideological and political education of farmers be improved and the sense of happiness of farmers be effectively enhanced.
