Research On Rural Living Environment Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The rural habitat environment is an important foundation for rural economic and social development.Creating a beautiful countryside with a beautiful environment and pleasant ecology is a practical matter of people’s livelihood related to the personal interests of the farmers.The governance of rural habitat environment is not only a key element to measure the happiness index of farmers’ life,but also a major driving force to realize rural revitalization and build a beautiful and livable countryside.In recent years,China’s rapid economic development has transformed the rural areas into a new face,which has greatly improved the quality of life of farmers.However,the overall situation of the living environment in some rural areas is still unsatisfactory,with poor living conditions,inadequate rural infrastructure,dirty and poor environmental health and many other problems,compared with the urban living environment,there is still a certain gap,and the majority of farmers aspire to a better life than a greater distance.In order to accelerate the construction of rural habitat environment,the 19 th Party Congress first proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy,with the key mention of improving the quality of rural habitat environment and creating beautiful and livable villages as important goals.The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the governance of rural habitat environment,and the Central Document No.1 and the government work report both involve the need to make every effort to improve the rural habitat environment and guide all places to actively and orderly promote the governance of rural habitat environment,however,due to factors such as the lagging way of rural governance and the lack of funds for governance,the process of rural habitat environment governance is slow.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly implement the relevant major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and make every effort to create a beautiful and harmonious rural habitat environment.Based on the background of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper takes the governance of human settlements in Kuaiwan Village,Minqin County as the main research object,and uses the literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods to comprehensively understand the local toilet renovation,domestic waste treatment,and domestic sewage treatment in rural areas.Many measures have been taken in four aspects,including village appearance and village appearance,and have achieved certain results.However,there are still insufficient supporting facilities in rural areas,imperfect market participation mechanisms,low participation of villagers,lack of long-term management and protection mechanisms,and village-level Insufficient governance capacity of autonomous organizations and other difficulties,and then analyzed the reasons and concluded that optimization should be proposed from five aspects: establishing and improving governance-related mechanisms,giving play to the role of farmers as the main body,taking multiple measures to raise governance funds,improving the governance capacity of villagers’ self-governing organizations,and improving the participation mechanism of market players.Countermeasures and suggestions for the governance of human settlements in Kuaiwan Village is important.
