The Research On The Dominant Position Of Farmers In The Process Of Rural Revitalization

Rural Revitalization is a major strategic plan made by the Party Central Committee to focus on the overall cause of the party and the country and comply with the expectations of hundreds of millions of farmers for a better life.It is a major historical task to win the victory of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.It is also the general starting point for the "three agriculture" work in the new era.In order to carry out the rural revitalization,it is necessary to establish and improve the mechanism system of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and systematically and scientifically promote the work in accordance with the thinking method of the system theory and the systematic working method.The main body of farmers is the fundamental,decisive and sustainable strength of Rural Revitalization.Respecting the main body status of farmers,cultivating the main body consciousness of farmers,and enhancing the main role of farmers in Rural Revitalization are the fundamental path to promote the effective implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,realize rural revitalization and even solve the "three rural" problems in China.Therefore,this paper takes the Rural Revitalization as the field of vision,takes the farmers as the subject of investigation,and analyzes the relevant issues of the role of farmers in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the Marxist theory of subjectivity and the theory of political participation,through the analysis and interpretation of a number of policy documents related to the revitalization of rural areas,this study actually grasps the important significance of the role of farmers in the process of rural revitalization,and further clarifies the specific performance of the role of farmers in rural revitalization through questionnaire survey and field research.It is found that there are three limits in the implementation of the Current Rural Revitalization Strategy:first,the cognitive limits of the inadequate understanding of the role of farmers by farmers themselves and the grass-roots government;second,the limits of the weak awareness of farmers' main body and the poor participation channels of Rural Revitalization;finally,the weak economic foundation of farmers and the imperfect policy supporting measures The guarantee limit of.In view of this,we should start from enriching the existing propaganda content,improving the existing propaganda mode and establishing the propaganda feedback mechanism to increase the propaganda input and break the cognitive limit;start from improving the farmers' main body consciousness and expanding the participation channels of Rural Revitalization to break the play limit;in addition,start from improving the farmers' income and improving the policy system to break the guarantee limit.Only by deeply understanding and grasping the main role of farmers in the rural revitalization,deeply analyzing the top-level positioning of farmers in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and investigating and exploring the limiting factors of farmers' main role in the Rural Revitalization Strategy,can we apply medicine to the case,enhance the main role of farmers in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and solidly promote the Rural Revitalization Strategy determined by the party and the state.To achieve the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life,and accelerate the modernization of agricultural and rural areas.
