Research On Labor Spirit Education For College Students In The New Era

During its glorious history of more than 100 years,the CPC has led its people to achieve great victories in revolution,construction and reform,and has also forged a great spirit with national characteristics and connotations of the times,forming a unique spiritual spectrum,of which the spirit of labor is an important part.The spirit of labor is a vivid embodiment of the spirit of China,carrying the gene of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and manifesting the CPC’s insistence on the supremacy of the people in the governance of the country,and the spirit of labor is an important spiritual driving force for the development of China.The quality of college students is related to the social development and the progress of the motherland.Cultivating the labor spirit of college students,who respect labor,love labor,work hard and work honestly,helps to implement the education policy of comprehensive cultivation of "moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor";helps It helps college students form a correct concept of labor and grow into a new man of the times with the spiritual qualities of diligence,frugality,hard work,innovation and dedication.Based on this,this study starts the research on the labor spirit education of college students in the context of the new era,and this study is divided into four chapters except for the introduction and conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,and elaborates the current situation of domestic and foreign researches based on the analysis of literature.The first chapter expounds the core concept of labor spirit education,sorts out the theoretical basis of labor spirit education for college students,and discusses the value implication of labor spirit education for college students.The second chapter investigates the current situation of labor spirit education of college students by means of a questionnaire,analyzes the results of the survey,summarizes the effectiveness and problems of labor spirit education of college students,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Chapter 3 elaborates the objectives,principles and contents of labor spirit education for college students in the new era,and clarifies the question of what to teach in labor spirit education for college students in the new era.Chapter 4 proposes countermeasures for strengthening labor spirit education of college students in the new era from four aspects based on the first-hand data obtained from the survey: firstly,improving the curriculum support for labor spirit education of college students;secondly,ensuring the supply of resources for labor spirit education of college students;thirdly,enriching the practical activities of labor spirit education of college students;and fourthly,constructing a comprehensive education mode for labor spirit education of college students.The conclusion mainly discusses the research results of labor spirit education for college students in the new era and the issues worthy of further research.The research results of this study will try to provide reference and effective guidance for improving the labor spirit education system of college students in the new era,in order to promote the improvement of the effectiveness of labor spirit education nurturing and provide some help to the formation of labor spirit of college students.
