Research On Labor Education For College Students In The New Era Led By The Spirit Of Model Workers

As one of the spiritual genealogies of the Chinese Communists,the spirit of model labor is an important element of labor education.China ushers in a new journey to achieve the second hundred-year goal and welcomes the new situation of comprehensive revitalization and development of the 20 th National Congress,and the baton of fulfilling the dream of the Chinese nation is passed to college students.As a new force of the present generation,the future of college students is about the future of the nation,and the realization of their life value cannot be achieved without labor creation.The leading role of the spirit of model workers in labor education in colleges and universities not only helps cultivate good labor culture and inspire college students’ enthusiasm and confidence to join the socialist modernization construction,but also helps promote innovation-driven development,accelerate scientific and technological innovation,cultivate knowledgeable,skilled and innovative talents,and promote high-quality national development.Therefore,the spirit of model labor is both a scientific answer to resolving the value crisis of labor education and to cultivating high-quality talents for free and comprehensive development.Starting from the background of the new era and guided by the methods of literature research method,systematic analysis method and questionnaire survey method,this paper researches labor education for college students in the new era led by the spirit of model workers from four aspects.Firstly,it clarifies and defines the basic concepts of labor model spirit and labor education,explains and analyzes the theoretical origin and characteristics of the labor model spirit,and analyzes the relationship between the labor model spirit and labor education of college students.Secondly,the necessity of giving play to the spirit of the model worker in labor education to lead college students is discussed,taking into account the requirements of the times that China needs high-quality talents for high-quality development in the new era and the inherent demand of college students for their own development of the spirit of the model worker.Again,the current situation of labor education for college students guided by the spirit of the model worker is investigated and analyzed,and the basic ways of labor education for college students led by the spirit of the model worker are discussed through the analysis of the existing problems and their causes.The spirit of model workers is a vivid manifestation of the spirit of the times and the spirit of the nation in the field of labor education,and it is necessary to promote the spirit of model workers in the implementation of labor education in the new era.In the study of the current situation of the influence of the labor model spirit on college students in the process of labor education,it is found that there are problems of superficial understanding of the labor model spirit,deviation of labor value orientation,weakness of time link in school and weak atmosphere of social propaganda.It is proposed to find practical paths from four dimensions,such as self-education,family education,school education and social education of college students,in order to be able to bring into play the leading and exemplary role of the labor model spirit,construct the education system of labor education for college students,and actively promote the three comprehensive education.
