A Study On Cultivation Of College Students’ Labor Spirit In The New Era

The new era is the era of strivers.Although China has built a well-off society in an all-round way,and its economic aggregate ranks the second in the world,there are still obvious shortcomings in the aspects of high-quality talents,original capabilities,chip technology,etc.To realize the dream of a modern socialist country and China,we must face these problems directly.Therefore,it is urgent to speed up the training of high-quality labor talents.As the new force of China’s future,the labor spirit of college students directly relates to the speed and height of China’s future development.Obviously,whether from the level of personal development of college students or national development,it is extremely important to cultivate college students’ labor spirit,educate and guide college students to respect work,advocate work,love work,hard work,honest work and creative work.This paper is divided into the following four parts:The first part,centering on the current labor spirit of college students and the national education policy,firstly introduces the research background and significance of the topic,then on the basis of literature review,summarizes the research results related to the topic at home and abroad,and finally introduces the research ideas,research methods,innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.The second part,explains the three basic concepts of labor,labor spirit and labor spirit of the new era.Then combs the labor concept of Marx and Engels and the labor thought of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China,which serves as the theoretical basis of this paper.Finally,summarizes the cultivation goal and cultivation principle of college students’ labor spirit in the new era.The cultivating goals are: respect for work,advocate work,love work,hard work,honest work and creative work.The cultivation principles are: the principle of participation,the principle of times and the principle of synergy.The third part,expound how to design the questionnaire,how to implement the questionnaire and the basic information of the survey object,and then analyzes the results of the questionnaire,and puts forward the achievements and existing problems of the cultivation of college students’ labor spirit in the new era.The results are: the labor consciousness of college students is constantly enhanced,and the status of college labor education is improved.The existing problems are: the social labor environment needs to be optimized,the responsibility of school labor education needs to be implemented,the family labor atmosphere needs to be cultivated,and the labor consciousness of college students needs to be enhanced.Finally,the author puts forward the reasons for the above problems,which are as follows:some social departments are out of position,there are negative social topics,the school teachers are not complete,the teaching effect evaluation is fuzzy,parents education concept there are standings,insufficient understanding of family responsibility,the college students lack of self-control,the sense of responsibility is relatively shallow.The fourth part,analyzes the cultivation path of college students’ labor spirit in the new era from five dimensions: state,society,university,family and college students.At the national level,we should strengthen policy guidance and promote resource integration.At the social level,the guarantee function of laws and policies,the propaganda advantage of mainstream media and the collaborative function of social sectors should be brought into play.At the university level,we should improve the curriculum system of labor spirit,strengthen the construction of campus labor culture,and broaden the off-campus labor practice platform.At the family level,we should change the concept of family education and create the atmosphere of family labor.At the level of college students,college students should correct their labor attitude in self-reflection and cultivate labor spirit in labor practice.
