Research On Labor Education Of College Students From The Perspective Of Fostering Virtue Through Education

Fostering virtue through education is a common concept followed by Chinese education,which is the fundamental task and mission of teaching and educating people in universities.Labor education is subordinated to the overall situation of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,which is an important content of the socialist educational system with Chinese characteristics.It is also the important way to fully foster people’ virtue through education and to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism who have all-round development in morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor.The combination of education and production labor,as the educational policy of our party,has made a certain contribution to the educational cause of our country.But in recent years,there have been problems among college students who don’t want to work,haven’t labor ability,do not cherish the fruits of labor,despise labor and labor workers.Which is very unfavorable to both the development of our country and the personal growth of students.In order to improve the effect and scientific of labor education from strengthen college students’ labor education,this thesis under the background of fostering virtue through education,trying to comprehensively understand and master the current situation and existing problems in college students’ labor education by actual survey work and analyze the data.Hope to explore the effective ways to strengthen the labor education of college students.This thesis mainly includes five parts.The first chapter focuses on the research status of labor education at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly expounds the concept and theoretical basis related to labor education.The third chapter focuses on the significance of labor education from the Perspective of fostering virtue through education.In this chapter,it points out that labor education is an important way to implement the fundamental task of moral education;a necessary condition to promote the comprehensive development of college students;the objective need to uphold and develop Marxist historical materialism.The fourth chapter mainly investigates the current situation of college student’ labor education and analyzes the main problems including: the college students don’t have a strong labor consciousness;college students’ labor values tend to be utilitarian;and the labor education lacks systematic.Focusing on the current problems of labor education of college students,the fifth chapter trying to put forward effective countermeasures,mainly from the aspects of upholding Xi Jinping’ labor education view,constructing the “Three-wide” labor education mode,and establishing a scientific evaluation mode.
