Problems And Countermeasures In The Implementation Of Community Family Education Guidance Service Policy In Yizheng City

The general secretary Xijinping emphasized that attention should be paid to the construction of family,family style,and family education.Family education plays an important role for every human beings which is also the foundation for school education and social education.Regulations of Jiangsu Province on Promoting Family Education stated at June 2019.In order to give full scope to the family education,five Women’s Federation Organization of government departments which is including provincial level,city level,county level,town level and community Family take Happiness and Health Project.By creating San quan community for demonstration,family education can go deep into every family.Families can find the opportunities of family education in life.Community as a big and basic living environment can make people know about "Life is education" and is the important external support for parents.Yizheng has established 10 "San quan" demonstration communities for family education which can make good effect for everybody about improving self cultivation.This paper uses research methods such as field interviews,questionnaires,and literature research.The theories include Smith’s policy implementation process model,collaborative governance theory,and other public management theories.Making a detailed understanding of the basic situation and specific practices from the 10 San quan demonstration communities at first.By giving 460 questionnaires to the families which come from different types and ages,make an overall investigation of Status of policy implementation.Secondly,this paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems,such as the imperfect function of the policy system,the single way for guidance service and content and so on.Based on finding and analyzing problems,this paper put forward countermeasures for optimization.I hope the research results of this paper can play a certain role in promoting community family education for guidance service policies in future.Meanwhile,it can help the other government departments carry out the Family education guidance policy.
