| The Chinese nation has a tradition of attaching importance to family education since ancient times.With the continuous development of society and the promulgation and implementation of the family planning policy in China,parents’ concept of fertility has changed from quantity to quality,and the only child has gathered thousands of favors and received attention.Increasingly,parents have gradually strengthened their expectations of their success.The family is the first school in life,and parents play an important guiding role as the first teacher.However,parents may not receive professional education and training,they lack the knowledge and literacy required for education,and they only rely on word of mouth from the older generation.Educational experience will lead to many family education problems.Therefore,it has become an urgent task to carry out scientific guidance to parents and make family formal.In the process of family education and guidance,parents of different types of groups have different characteristics of family education.As a special group,military families have received attention.Due to the particularity of military occupations,they spend less time with their children and lack companionship.They may encounter educational difficulties such as enrollment in the process of joining the military,and even the geographical change may also lead to learning and psychological problems.While the family members of the military shoulder the responsibility of family life and the family education of their children,they may feel helpless.This article takes military parents as the research object and conducts investigation on the family education guidance of military parents.With the purpose of studying the family education and guidance needs of military parents Combined with the demands of military parents for family education guidance,it analyzes the problems and causes of the actual situation through questionnaire surveys,interviews and other research methods.The article is based on the theory of symbolic interaction,social support theory and demand classification theory,and proposes corresponding suggestions and countermeasures based on the research results.The following conclusions are finally drawn in this study:(1)The current situation of military parents’ family education guidance.It includes the difficulties and solutions of military parents in family education,the content,form,channel,frequency and time of family education guidance services,the participation and satisfaction of military parents,the evaluation of family education guidance services and the demands of military parents in family education guidance.(2)Analysis of the problems and causes in the family education guidance of military parents.The resulting problems include the cognitive bias of military parents,the one-sidedness of guidance content,the failure of collective guidance to meet the needs of parents,the lack of a wide range of deep and diversified family education guidance channels,and the conflict between the frequency and time of guidance and the needs of parents.The causes of the problems are mainly elaborated from the aspects of the target of family education guidance and the professional aspects of family education guidance.Based on the above conclusions,it is suggested(1)strengthen the construction of school and family education guidance team;(2)strengthen cooperation with the community and make community public resources a new classroom for family education guidance;(3)safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of military parents and broadening the channels for family education and guidance;(4)classified guidance services for military parents. |
