| According to the results of the seventh census in 2020,China’s population aged 65 and over will account for 13.50% of the total population,and the elderly population aged 60 and over will exceed 264 million and is still growing rapidly.The accelerated process of aging population promotes the increase of aging population,resulting in two major problems: the disability rate of the elderly and the increasing demand for long-term care of the disabled elderly.At present,family pension,community pension and institutional pension are three main pension models in China.The scale of family structure is gradually miniaturized,and the traditional family pension model is under heavy pressure under the scale of "April 21" family structure.In today’s society,the difficulty of long-term care services for the elderly,especially the disabled elderly,has increased,giving birth to the establishment and development of more professional elderly care service institutions.The "sunset red" industry has unlimited vitality.The national government attaches great importance to elderly care,so that many social capital began to join the elderly care industry.Improving the satisfaction of long-term care services for the disabled elderly plays an important role in giving greater play to the role of private elderly care institutions to meet the long-term care needs of the disabled elderly and create better quality elderly care services.In this paper,the index system of long-term care satisfaction of the disabled elderly is based on the content of long-term care,guided by the satisfaction theory and combined with the service quality theory of server,to build a scientific index system for the evaluation of the satisfaction of the disabled elderly,so as to lay a foundation for the improvement of the evaluation system of care satisfaction of the disabled elderly and the development of long-term care.This study mainly takes the disabled elderly as the research object to investigate the satisfaction of the disabled elderly in private elderly care institutions with the long-term care of the institutions.Specifically,it measures the perceived quality,perceived value and service expectation of basic life care,medical and health care services,spiritual comfort and social communication.In the perceived quality,combined with the five dimensions of SERVQUAL model: tangibility,assurance,reliability,responsiveness and migration inertia,this paper analyzes the satisfaction of the disabled elderly with the service quality of elderly care institutions,analyzes the reliability and validity of the constructed index model system,and analyzes the satisfaction of the disabled elderly with different services,Put forward targeted suggestions to improve the service system in private elderly care institutions. |
