With the continuous development of our society,the aging is also more serious.With the life expectancy of elderly gradually extended in our country,the body function has continuously declined,resulting in increased risks of diseases,and the increased proportion of disability.In addition,the current traditional family care ability is constantly weakening because of family burdens.For the disabled elderly people,relying on families has been unable to fully meet their needs for long-term care which makes the demand for long-term care services in nursing homes as a rising trend.As a livable city,Qingdao has made good achievements in the pilot and operation of long-term care service policy,and has been constantly improving.In order to further promote the development of long-term care for the elderly people,this paper conducts research on the topic of long-term care for disabled elderly in Qingdao nursing homes from the perspective of a satisfaction survey.This study mainly sorts out basic concepts such as nursing homes,disabled elderly,and satisfaction,elaborated the whole person theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the theory of healthy aging,and combined with expert consultation and panel discussions,a questionnaire about satisfaction with long-term care of disabled elderly in nursing homes in Qingdao was compiled.The main field investigations were conducted on the satisfaction status of disabled senior citizens in 5 large professional elderly care institutions in Qingdao,and 322 questionnaires were collected and tested the reliability and validity.In terms of data processing,this study uses SPSS software and ordered logistic regression to analyze the influencing factors of the satisfaction of disabled elderly people in pension institutions;this study measures the importance of each index through the establishment of regression equation to analyze various factors,and divide the nursing service satisfaction based on Likert five scale to get the final satisfaction score of each index.The main conclusions of this study are as below: the proportion of elderly people in nursing homes who felt "very satisfied" and "satisfied" is relatively high,and the proportion of people who felt "very satisfied" and "satisfied" with the five dimensions were daily life care,medical care,quality of service personnel,service costs and knowledge and spiritual comfort.Age,education degree,payment method and number of children are the main factors that affect the satisfaction of disabled elderly.Based on the research conclusions,this study puts forward corresponding measures to improve satisfaction: mainly including improving the content of nursing service,incorporating expenses into the medical security system,training professionals in the pension service industry,and strengthening the supply and support of hardware and software facilities.In addition to improving daily care and medical care services,it is necessary to pay attention to the mental health of the elderly,comfort the disabled elderly spiritually,and constantly improve relevant laws,regulations and policies.
