Research On The Improvement Path Of Long-Term Care Service Supply Capacity Of Private Pension Institutions In Changchun

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,population of the aging has become a huge challenge faced by all countries around the world.This year’s government report pointed out that China’s population over 60 years old has reached 250 million.In the context of China’s aging society,the physical function of the elderly group is gradually declining,unable to achieve self-care,and can only rely on long-term care services to solve the difficulties in basic life.The phenomenon of population aging in Changchun is more serious.The miniaturization of families and the professionalization of women have left the traditional way of home care in trouble,and the supply capacity of private pension institutions for long-term care services is insufficient to provide strong services.Therefore,exploring the path of improving the supply capacity of long-term care services in Changchun private pension institutions is conducive to meeting the growing long-term care needs of the elderly,so that the elderly in Changchun can enjoy their old age,and also help to enhance the strength of the private pension institutions.This paper analyzes the external environment and content of long-term care service provided by private pension institutions in Changchun.On this basis,it obtains a large amount of data through questionnaires and interviews.This article is based on 13third-level indicators to measure the long-term care service supply capacity of private pension institutions,and use the principal component analysis method to abstract 13three-level indicators into 4 main components,namely,the dimension of basic guarantee capability,the dimension of government guarantee ability,the dimension of operational support capability and the dimension of social support ability.According to the evaluation model constructed,evaluation of the long-term care service supply capacity of private pension institutions in Changchun was carried out,and the 36 private pension institutions surveyed were comprehensively scored,and finally the strength of long-term care service supply capacity of private pension institutions in Changchun was finally strengthened,divided into 4 levels and analyzes the problems and causes of serious shortage of nursing support facilities,lack of funds supply and low quality and fluidity of nurses.In view of the 4 main components,the author explore the path of improving the supply capacity of long-term care services in Changchun private pension institutions: strengthen the construction of nursing support facilities and strengthen the basic guarantee ability;vigorously develop human resources and improve personnel supply capacity;increase support and evaluation efforts to enhance government security capacity;adjust the mode of operation of the organization to ensure the ability of operation support;fully integrate the resources of all parties and consolidate the capacity of social support,in order to enhance the long-term care service supply capacity of private pension institutions to contribute a modest force.
