Since the new era,with the all-round development of the country and society,China’s rural area has taken on a new look.At the same time,opportunities and challenges coexist.The development of productivity brings about the improvement of material living standards and the improvement of hardware facilities,and people’s requirements for spiritual life also gradually increase.Therefore,the existing rural governance model can no longer meet people’s needs for governance modernization.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the "modernization of China’s governance system and capacity",which is a step towards socialist modernization.The foundation of national governance lies in the countryside,and the development of the rural governance system reflects the level of modernization of the national governance system.Nineteen big report put forward rural revitalization strategy,solve the problem of "three rural" in the party’s top priority,and for the first time: "strengthen rural basic work,improve the autonomy,the rule of law,combining rural governance system",the "three fusion" governance system rose to the national strategic level,broke the previous rural governance single mode.It also provides a choice for the direction of rural governance in the future.Since the new era,rural construction has been the focus of the party and the state,the country is the grassroots of the construction of socialism in our country,the fate of the country is closely linked with national fate,therefore,innovative rural governance system for our country to realize rural revitalization strategy and governance modernization construction and achieve common prosperity is of great significance.Based on the basic connotation of "autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue",the concept of "rural governance integration",combined with the governance theory,structure function theory and people sovereignty theory,this paper discusses the generating logic and characteristics of "three governance integration" rural governance system in the new era.Combined with the difficulties in the process of rural governance in China,the governance innovation path of "three governance integration" rural governance system is analyzed.Therefore,the research method of literature,history and case comparison method draws positive reference and enlightenment.In the "integration of three governance",find the focus of the integration of the three rural governance system,so as to solve the difficulties faced by the "integration of three governance" rural governance system,and realize the modernization of rural governance.
