Research On The Modernization Of China’s Rural Governance In The New Era

Rural areas are the foundation of China’s national development,rural governance is an inevitable requirement of China’s social governance,the development of rural governance modernization is closely related to the construction of a modern socialist power,is an important part of China’s national governance modernization,is a key link to achieve the goal of good governance in rural areas with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,in the context of the country’s vigorous promotion of modernization and development,the modernization of Chinese-style rural governance is of great significance for resolving the dilemma of social governance at this stage and promoting China’s "second centenary" goal.Part I,Introduction.This paper mainly elaborates on the research background and research significance,the literature review and related concepts of rural governance modernization at this stage.The second part is the theoretical basis and practical basis.This paper mainly discusses the theoretical basis of rural governance modernization from three aspects:Marxist classic writers,party leaders and traditional Chinese rural governance thought.The practical basis for rural governance modernization is discussed from three aspects:the modernization of national governance,the transformation of major social contradictions and the requirements of Chinese-style modernization.The third part is development effectiveness and major dilemmas.The development results of rural governance modernization were summarized,diversified transformation of governance subjects,institutional mechanisms,governance structure and governance methods.From the six aspects related to the main dilemma,institutional dilemma,material dilemma,cultural dilemma,social dilemma and ecological dilemma,the main dilemmas faced by the modernization of rural governance in China are discussed in detail,and their causes are briefly analyzed.The fourth part is the practice path and safeguard mechanism.In view of the practical difficulties faced by the modernization of rural governance in China,measures such as implementing top-level design,strengthening party building,promoting the integration of urban and rural areas,consolidating the material foundation,building a solid spiritual foundation,supporting multi-party participation and promoting green development are proposed to jointly promote the modernization and development of rural governance in China.The guarantee system for the modernization of China’s rural governance is discussed from five aspects: political guarantee,system guarantee,investment guarantee,talent guarantee and rule of law guarantee.
