Study On The Construction Of Ethnic Interlocking Communities In Inhospitable Relocation Areas Of Guizhou Province

my country is a unified multi-ethnic country,insisting that all ethnic groups are equal,forging a sense of community of the Chinese nation,and achieving common unity,struggle,and common prosperity and development.This is a significant advantage of our national system and national governance system.Guizhou is a multi-ethnic province.Since the implementation of ex-situ poverty alleviation and resettlement in 2015,there have been 374 relocation and resettlement communities with more than 30% of the minority population in Guizhou Province.Most of these resettlement communities are multi-ethnic mixed communities.On the basis of the existing multi-ethnic communities,how can the party committees and governments at all levels help the relocated people to adjust and improve themselves in accordance with the modern community construction model and governance concept,so that the people of all ethnic groups can actively integrate into the new community and build a healthy development? It is a new problem and challenge faced by party committees and governments at all levels at present.This paper firstly introduces the current situation of relocation and multi-ethnic mixed residential communities in Guizhou Province,and briefly analyzes the integration problems brought about by the social and spatial changes of the population after relocation for poverty alleviation and relocation,and how this multi-ethnic mixed residential community governance affects all levels challenges posed by the government.Then,taking the L community of the relocated poverty alleviation and relocation community in Guizhou Province as the research object,firstly,through data collection and field research,we understand the practical exploration experience of the L community in the construction of ethnic inter-embedded communities,and analyze the current Guizhou Provincial Party committees and governments at all levels are helping The problems existing in the construction of ethnic inter-embedded communities in ex-situ poverty alleviation and resettlement areas are mainly due to the low degree of inter-ethnic inter-embedding among the relocated people,the slow process of cultural inter-embedding of the relocated masses,the instability of the inter-ethnic economic inter-embedding,and the fact that the grass-roots level is unstable.The government lacks the experience of constructing an inter-embedded social structure,and uses the theory of ethnic inter-embedding and governance to analyze the reasons for the above problems.Finally,based on the above problems and reasons,combined with the actual work of Guizhou Province,the idea of??building an ethnic inter-embedded community in the ex-situ poverty alleviation and resettlement area is put forward: building a multi-subject community governance system,consolidating and developing inter-embedded ethnic culture,strengthening The degree of mutual economic embedment of various ethnic groups,improve the level of social integration of various ethnic groups,and improve the intelligence level of ethnic inter-embedded community management.
