| The united front is one of our party’s magic weapons for governing,and at any time our party places the united front in an important position in the work of the whole party.Ethnic work is an important work in the field of the United front as well as a major one that concerns the overall development of the cause of the Party and the people.Ethnic work in the field of the united front mainly lies in formulating strategies and coordinating ethnic relations.Respecting and tolerating differences and enhancing commonality are the basic requirements of the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences in the field of ethnic affairs.Urbanization makes the minority population living in the less developed northwest areas flow from rural areas to urban communities,and they live together with the residents of all ethnic groups in the cities,forming multi-ethnic interlocking communities.The increase of the floating population of ethnic minorities and the diversification and complexity of ethnic affairs make the harmonious ethnic relations in cities more and more important.At the second Central Work Symposium on Xinjiang in 2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping said,"Promote the establishment of social structure and community environment in which all ethnic groups are embedded." At the central Conference on Ethnic Affairs in 2021,it was again emphasized to promote exchanges and integration among ethnic groups in an all-round way,and gradually realize the integration of ethnic groups in space,culture,economy,society and psychology.These important speeches provide important policy guidance for the research of this paper.As the capital city of Gansu Province,Lanzhou is located in the position of "four links between the two",and the construction of ethnic interlocking communities provides a guarantee for the sustainable development of Lanzhou.Under the guidance of the party’s policies,Lanzhou city has made remarkable achievements in the process of constructing harmonious ethnic relations in the community where ethnic groups are interlocked,constantly innovating working methods and ideas,and exploring new modes of community ethnic work.But at the same time,there are a lack of professional ethnic cadres,management team construction is not in place,infrastructure is not enough,insufficient service capacity and other problems.Stress in the current of the CPC Central Committee called for "a community of the Chinese nation’s ideological basis",under the background of Lanzhou city national mutual embedded community harmonious national relations in order to cast a prison community consciousness "of the Chinese nation as the main line,to consolidate the current national work achievements,create a new situation,to better promote the nation for the future of this article is important to pay close attention to.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:firstly,the relevant theoretical research literature on ethnic relations at home and abroad and urban ethnic communities are reviewed;The relevant theories of ethnic relations,policies and practices related to the inter-embedding community construction of various ethnic groups are sorted out.On this basis,guided by the Marxist classical writers national relationship theory,in a unified front to learn seeking common ground while putting aside differences,tolerance difference method for the analysis technology such as,improve commonality,XX district national mutual embedded in Lanzhou city community,analyzing the present situation and problems of building a harmonious ethnic relations mutually embedded type of ethnic minority communities of practice are put forward according to the existing problems,Suggestions,To extend it to the northwest and even the national regions,in order to make it a useful reference.The introduction defines the concepts of nationality,harmony and ethnic interlocking community.The first chapter discusses the theoretical basis of constructing harmonious ethnic relations in ethnic interlocked communities,and explores the guidance of Marxist classical writers and united front theory to the construction of harmonious ethnic relations in ethnic interlocked communities.All nationalities in the second chapter discusses the Chinese urban embedded related policies of community construction,and with the national ethnic community construction model of Jilin Yanbian embedded as an example,in China’s cities and introduces the embedded community construction,various nationalities discussion around the practice achievements and existing problems,and as a benchmark to measure XX district of Lanzhou city national embedded community building a harmonious ethnic relations.The third chapter investigates the status quo of ethnic relations in Lanzhou,and points out the gap between Lanzhou and relevant national policies and advanced demonstration communities.Starting from the perspective of united front science,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of culture sharing,ethnic cohabitation,community law-based governance,ethnic consultation and training of minority cadres.Chapter iv guided by the united front to learn national relations,embedded in Lanzhou city national mutual community building a harmonious ethnic relations sum up experience and explore countermeasures concluded as a starting point,the ethnic areas of mutual embedded in northwest and even the whole country community further clear direction for the construction of harmonious national relations,promote its consolidated and the development,cast up the community consciousness of the Chinese nation. |
