Research On The Participation Of Social Organizations In Relocated Communities For Poverty Alleviation And Relocation

With the comprehensive completion of the task of poverty alleviation in relocated communities,the relocation of the masses to move to new homes,and the problem of "moving out" has been basically solved,promoting the adaptation of poverty alleviation in relocated communities to the new environment has become an important task.To this end,the Guizhou Provincial Department of Civil Affairs called on social organizations and other social forces to take action to participate in the governance of poverty-alleviation relocated communities in inhospitable areas and promote the social integration of residents in poverty-alleviation relocated communities in inhospitable areas.There are difficulties in social communication,cultural adaptation,psychological adaptation,etc.Social organizations’ participation in community governance plays an important complementary role in the supply of government public services.Therefore,how to encourage social organizations to better participate in the governance of relocated communities and optimize their participation paths has important research value.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this study takes the relocated communities for poverty alleviation in N areas as an example,collects relevant data of relocated communities for poverty alleviation in N areas through interviews and participatory observation,and explores the path for social organizations to participate in social governance in relocated communities for poverty alleviation in N areas from the perspective of interaction between the government,neighborhood committees,residents of relocated communities and social organizations in relocated communities for poverty alleviation in relocated areas.The research shows that,first,from the perspective of the government,it discusses the government’s expectations of social organizations,the government’s empowerment of social organizations in relocated communities,and the lack of coordination between the government and social organizations in relocated communities.Second,through the construction of cooperation content and cooperation platform,social organizations and community neighborhood committees can improve the management service level of community neighborhood committees and improve the implementation effect of social organization projects,but there are also problems such as limited resources of neighborhood committees and lack of innovative cooperation mechanisms.Third,social organizations timely understand the service needs of residents in relocated communities for poverty alleviation in relocated areas,and provide diversified service contents for residents in relocated communities for poverty alleviation in relocated areas by directly providing services,mobilizing volunteers to participate in common actions of residents as the leader,and acting as an intermediary to link resources,etc.,bringing good service results.But there are also problems such as the lack of community identity and the lack of community participation consciousness.Based on the above research,in order to optimize the path for social organizations to participate in social governance,this study puts forward the following suggestions:First,to improve the organizational capacity,it is necessary to improve the professional level of social organizations,enhance the credibility of social organizations,and strengthen the establishment of social organizations’ brands.The second is the enhancement of residents’ sense of participation,which should cultivate residents’ sense of community identity and cultivate residents’ volunteerism.The third is the deepening of the cooperation content,to strengthen the leadership of the grassroots party committee,promote the participation of social organizations,improve the way of cooperation with the community neighborhood committee,and gather the professional contacts of enterprises and universities.
