| Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),governments around the country have issued relevant policy suggestions and taken a series of measures to actively promote the construction of smart communities around strengthening and innovating social governance,and preliminarily established a diversified and standardized smart community service system,which provides important support for promoting the modernization of community governance.With the development of economic and social level,people’s demand for a better life is becoming more and more intense,resulting in the development and demand of public services in urban smart communities in China showing a significant non-equilibrium difference.The government has paid more and more attention to the evaluation of public service quality in the process of public decision-making.Improving citizen satisfaction has become an important means to improve and supervise the public service quality of urban smart communities.Therefore,under the background of deepening the construction of “service-oriented government” and the reform of “equalization of public services” in China,it is of great research value and practical significance to explore how to improve citizens’ satisfaction with public services in urban smart communities and improve the grass-roots public service system.Based on the new public service theory and customer satisfaction theory,this paper takes “literature review-model construction-empirical analysis-path thinking” as the main line to find out the influencing factors of public service satisfaction in urban smart communities.Firstly,the domestic and foreign research results and theoretical literature are combed,and the theoretical model is constructed.Secondly,the hypothesis of theoretical model is tested by empirical analysis.Finally,the influence path coefficient is obtained by fitting the structural equation model,and then the improvement path of public service satisfaction of urban smart communities is conceived.The model fitting results show that: firstly,the overall level of urban smart community public service satisfaction is not high;secondly,the perceived quality of public service is the primary factor affecting citizen satisfaction;thirdly,the perceived value of public service is the secondary factor affecting citizen satisfaction;fourthly,citizen expectation is the minimum factor affecting citizen satisfaction.In view of the above analysis results,this paper puts forward the corresponding path thinking: in terms of expectation management,we should pay attention to the management of citizen expectation,improve the accuracy of public policy publicity,and grasp and respond to citizen needs;in terms of service quality,break the barriers of cooperation between multiple subjects,improve the integrated public service system,and deepen the reform of public service content;in terms of team building,the formation of high-quality personnel,improve the level of salaries,while improving the performance appraisal system. |
