Research On Influencing Factors And Promotion Countermeasures Of Satisfaction Of Urban Community Pension Service Based On Sharing Concept

In recent years,aging population has been growing rapidly in China,and the demand for community elderly services has increased dramatically.Their needs are no longer limited to the improvement of material living standards,but also show higher-level social needs such as gaining respect and integrating into society.At present,the contradiction between the insufficient capacity of pension service supply and the increasing and diversified service demands of the elderly is already prevalent in community pension service in China.Aiming at solving the problem of aging population,alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand of elderly services,and promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,this dissertation studies the satisfaction of urban community elderly services and its influencing factors based on the sharing concept,which is conducive to promoting the development of socialized elderly services in China,enriching the research content of urban community elderly services in China,and providing reference for the development of local government elderly services.This dissertation takes satisfaction of urban community elderly service as the research object,based on the combing and analysis of related literature and theories,the qualitative analysis method of grounded theory is used to explore the influencing factors of satisfaction of urban community elderly service in China under the sharing concept,and empirically analyzes the influence and mechanism of each influencing factor on the satisfaction of urban community elderly service in China.Finally,according to the results of the empirical analysis,it proposes countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of urban community elderly service in China under the sharing concept.It draws the following conclusions: Firstly,personal economic situation,pension service supply situation,social inclusion,policy guarantee,social empowerment,community environment,aging-adapted modification,social cohesion,and intelligent pension are the main influencing factors of satisfaction with urban community elderly service under the sharing concept.Secondly,enhancing social cohesion can promote the influence of personal economic situation,pension service supply situation,social inclusion,policy guarantee,social empowerment,community environment,and aging-adapted modification on satisfaction with urban community elderly services.Social cohesion mediates the relationship between each influencing factor and satisfaction with urban community elderly services.Thirdly,intelligent pension indirectly enhances the satisfaction of urban community pension service.Intelligent pension positively moderates the influence of social cohesion on satisfaction with urban community pension services and positively moderates the mediating role of social cohesion between personal economic situation,social inclusion and satisfaction with urban community pension services.Meanwhile,in order to improve the satisfaction of urban community elderly service in China under the sharing concept,this dissertation proposes the following countermeasures: Firstly,it establishes the people-oriented development concept of urban community elderly service,and lays the value foundation for the shared development.Secondly,it establishes and improves the policy and regulation system of urban community elderly service,so as to provide important institutional guarantee.Thirdly,it improves the supply mechanism of urban community elderly service with the cooperation of multiple subjects,which is conducive to reducing conflicts,enhancing social cohesion,and promoting the cooperation and balanced development of multiple subjects in the supply of urban community elderly service.Fourthly,it builds an efficient intelligent pension system to improve the level of intelligent pension in urban communities.Fifthly,it builds a livable environment for the elderly in urban communities and improves the environmental conditions for the elderly to live in the community.The potential innovations are as follows: Firstly,based on grounded theory,this dissertation discusses the influencing factors of satisfaction of urban community elderly service in China under the sharing concept,then constructs the overall theoretical analysis framework.Secondly,it revealed the mechanism of the effect of each influencing factor on satisfaction of urban community elderly service.Through the empirical study,it analyzed and verified the influence mechanism of each influencing factor on satisfaction of urban community elderly service,the moderating role of social cohesion between each influencing factor and satisfaction of urban community elderly service,the moderating role of intelligent pension between social cohesion and satisfaction of urban community elderly service,and the moderating role of mediating role,the moderating role of intelligent pension between social cohesion and satisfaction of urban community elderly service,and the mediating role with regulation..Thirdly,according to the verification results of the structure and mechanism of influencing factors,it puts forward countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of urban community elderly service in China under the sharing concept.
