Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the national government has introduced a series of relevant policies to strengthen social innovation governance,build a new model of grassroots governance,enhance public service management capabilities,actively promote the construction and development of smart communities,and establish a standardized and diversified smart community service system.In the context of the new round of information technology revolution,with the deepening development of economic and social levels and the transformation of major social contradictions,the people’s demand for a better life is becoming increasingly strong.The development and demand for public services in smart communities in China have also shown significant imbalances.The government and society are increasingly paying attention to citizens’ evaluation of the quality and efficiency of smart community services,Improving the satisfaction of community residents and enhancing the comprehensive construction of the smart community public service system has increasingly become an important part of grassroots social governance at this stage.Therefore,in the process of deepening the construction of smart communities and standardizing public services in China,it is of great significance to explore how to improve the satisfaction of residents in smart communities and continuously improve the construction and developmentThis article is based on the new public service theory,future community theory,and customer satisfaction theory,and explains the concepts of smart community,smart community public service,and resident satisfaction.It takes "literature review model construction empirical analysis countermeasure suggestions" as the main line to clarify the influencing factors of resident service satisfaction in Smart community.Through comprehensive literature analysis,questionnaire survey Conduct research on service satisfaction of residents in smart communities using statistical analysis and other methods.This article is divided into four parts.The first part explains the core concepts of smart community resident services and the theory of new public services,and summarizes domestic and foreign research.The second part constructs a path coefficient diagram of service satisfaction for residents in smart communities and tests the hypotheses proposed by the theoretical model through empirical analysis.The third part draws the following conclusion through AMOS fitting test: the overall satisfaction level of smart community residents’ services is relatively high;Residents’ expectations,service quality,and service value have a significant positive impact on residents’ satisfaction;The three influencing factors of residents’ expectations,service quality,and service value are positively correlated with each other.Residents’ satisfaction positively affects residents’ loyalty,negatively affects residents’ complaints,and there is a negative correlation between residents’ loyalty and complaints.The fourth part proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service satisfaction of residents in smart communities through critical path analysis,improve the level of information technology in smart communities,innovate smart community systems and mechanisms,strengthen security measures for smart community construction,and develop a scientific and reasonable supervision and assessment system;Improve the concept of multi subject collaborative governance,emphasize the responsibility and obligation of social organization management,establish a mechanism for building a professional talent team,and expand channels for residents to communicate and express their opinions;Strengthen the supply of smart community services,optimize and improve the content of smart community services,and focus on the service needs of residents.
