| In recent years,local governments have actively explored and established a number of representative financial service platforms to provide the public with digital inclusive financial services such as financing information,policy information,and technical guidance.During the COVID-19 epidemic,the normalized epidemic prevention and control policies further promoted the public to try online and mobile financial services.At present,some platforms in certain regions have problems such as single content and delayed response to public needs,as well as a lack of effectiveness in platform services and low public satisfaction.Therefore,it is feasible and necessary to conduct in-depth research on the influencing factors of public satisfaction on financial service platforms.Wuhu City is located in the southeast of Anhui Province and is an important research and education base in East China,as well as a central city of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.In recent years,Wuhu City has been vigorously promoting the work of business environment,and has created a regional characteristic financial service platform based on the integration of financial resources and data information.This article first defines concepts such as digital inclusive finance and public satisfaction,clarifying the theoretical foundations of new public service theory and customer satisfaction theory.Secondly,taking Wuhu City as an example,this article elaborates on the current situation of financial service platforms from three dimensions: construction environment,sector functions,and operational security.On the basis of combining theoretical research at home and abroad,this article constructs a factor model for the satisfaction of financial service platforms,and studies the impact of factors such as comprehensibility,safety and reliability,responsiveness,convenience,economy,and information on public satisfaction through questionnaire surveys and multiple regression methods.The regression results indicate that all six influencing factors have a positive impact on platform satisfaction,with economic impact being the highest and comprehensibility being the lowest.The author proposes relevant suggestions for platform optimization and improvement from the public,platform,and basic levels,including improving information release mechanisms,innovating financial product services,strengthening policy support systems,etc.,providing reference basis for the improvement of local financial service platforms in Wuhu City and the construction of platforms in other cities. |
