Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Supply Effectiveness Of Community Smart Elderly Care Services In Sichuan Province

The cross-fertilization of information technology and senior care service model has made the smart senior care gradually become a consensus.In the context of an aging population,the community smart senior care service model uses an intelligent platform as a carrier to integrate all kinds of resources and build a coupling network of supply and demand among service supply entities,senior care service resources,senior groups and their families in the community,making service supply more accurate and efficient.The community wisdom elderly service model is still in the practical exploration stage,facing dilemmas in the development process such as immaturity of the supply body synergy mechanism,insufficient integration of information platform resources,unsound intelligent equipment and facilities,and lack of professional talents.The research on community wisdom elderly care is mainly focused on the construction of responsibility mechanism of supplying main body,resource allocation and comparison of service mode,but the research on "service supply effectiveness" is not abundant.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the effectiveness of community wisdom elderly service supply and its influencing factors,in order to explore the shackles that affect the development level of community wisdom elderly service and improve the quality of elderly service.Thesis attempts to conduct an overall evaluation of the community wisdom elderly service supply effectiveness,explore the influencing factors that restrict the improvement of service supply effectiveness,and propose optimization countermeasures.Firstly,the research background and domestic and foreign research results are reviewed to clarify the research value of this topic.Then,the three-dimensional analysis framework of "supply subject-service guarantee-service content" is constructed by combining theoretical foundation,policy text and academic research.Secondly,the evaluation index system,research hypothesis and questionnaire design were established based on the analytical framework,and the conceptual model and regression equation of the thesis were further constructed.The empirical study was conducted in Sichuan province,where the aging is more serious.Thirdly,the analysis of the empirical research results was conducted.Factor analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis were conducted on the data with the help of SPSS26.0 to verify the previous research hypotheses and establish the regression equation model.Based on the data analysis and interview research,the overall discussion of the research results is presented.Finally,in view of the hindering factors of community wisdom service supply effect,countermeasure suggestions are put forward from three dimensions of supply main body,service guarantee elements and service content,mainly including: strengthen cooperation and build a collaborative mode of multiple main bodies;cast a firm foundation and strengthen the support of service guarantee elements;pay attention to service feedback and meet diverse wisdom service demands.
