Research On Initial Management Of Network Police-related Public Opinion

The Internet is widely used in China,and the number of netizens is huge.The people’s willingness and behavior to participate in social management through the Internet has increased.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of the online negative public opinion about police has seriously damaged the image of the public security organs and the credibility of law enforcement.With the reform and efforts of the public security organs,the online positive public opinion about police began to appear and increase,and there is the coexistence of the online negative public opinion and positive public opinion about police in the current situation.This article research goal is to reduce the online negative public opinion about police until the block at the same time to increase the online positive public opinion about police,taking the initial management of the online public opinion about police as the new gripper and kinetic energy to promote the public security organs to reform,so as to constantly improve the level and ability of job of the public security organs,so as to constantly improve the image and combat effectiveness of police team,etc.In this thesis,by analyzing the mechanism of network involved public opinion about police,it is concluded that the initial management of the online public opinion about police involved three aspects:the police,the Internet,the masses.Considering that control the Internet infringement of citizens’ supervision permission and its practical operability is not strong,the management cost of guiding the masses is large and its effect is not controllable,so in the end the initial management of the online public opinion about police in this thesis can be defined as:Police force management oriented towards the expectations and standards of the people.This thesis uses crisis reduction management theory of 4R crisis management theory,new public management theory,human resource management theory as the basis of the research.First of all,this thesis studies the recent online negative public opinion cases about police collected,summarizes the problems reflected in the police force and analyzes its reasons,which are the objects to be reduced according to the crisis reduction management theory.Secondly,this thesis studies the recent online positive public opinion cases about police collected and summarizes the good practices and experience of the police force.These cases reflect the expectations and standards of the people for the police,according to the new public management theory these are the direction that the police team should strive to.Finally,combined with the previous analysis and human resource management theory the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.The online negative public opinion about police reflects that there are violations of the police force,personal quality and ability,and public relations handling problems,etc.The causes of these problems are mainly part of the police’s ideological understanding is flawed,imperfect rules and regulations,and part of the police’s quality and ability is not high,weak infrastructure and new technology base,etc.According to the online negative public opinion about police that the police team can make efforts to guide the police to be in awe,improve the comprehensive quality and ability of the police,optimize the relationship between the people and the police and focus on the reform and innovation of the public security work.In the part of countermeasures and suggestions the author proposes that the police force should improve by improving the ideological understanding of the police,strengthening the construction and improvement of the system,strengthening the quality and ability of the police,and strengthening the resources and technical input,so as to do a good job in the initial management of the online public opinion about police.
