The Research On The Response To The Online Public Opinion Relating To Police In The We-media Era

The development of Internet technology has greatly increased the popularity of the Internet and the number of Internet users has exceeded 800 million.At the same time,it has promoted the development of various we-media platforms,such as Tic Tok has become a new favorite of netzens following Weibo and WeChat.The official voice which used to be very influential is constantly weakened because of the increasing number of Internet and we-media platforms users,the voice and the communication power of netizens is constantly increasing,and the social public opinion environment is becoming more and more complicated.Police has always been inseparable from social conflicts,confrontation conflicts and social order issues after its birth.It is closely related to the people.Public security work has always been under the spotlight of the supervision of netziens and medias because of its particularity,which in turn brings a lot of negative online public opinion.And the negative online public opinion on police not only affects the enthusiasm of the policeman,but also seriously damages the public trust of the public security organs,worsens the relationship between the police and the people,and ultimately makes the law enforcement environment severely challenged.With the continuous outbreak of online public opinion on the police,the public security organs have paid more attention to the public opinion response work,and keep learning practical experiences.However,there are still some defects in the current response work,such as conservative ideas and improper methods,which may worsen the development of the online public opinion on police and greatly affects the public image of the public security organs.Therefore,this paper clarifies the characteristics,the communication process and the positive and negative impact on police of the online public opinion based on the reality of public security work,and it also reveals the problems of current public security organs when responding to the online public opinions.At the end,some improving strategies for public security organs are proposed,which is helpful to improve the effectiveness when public security organs response to the online public opinion.
