Research On Police-related Network Public Opinion Management Of J City Public Security Bureau

In the internet age,the people mainly obtain through mobile phones,computers and other media get network information,and the new network media channels gradually replace the traditional information dissemination media as the main carrier of information dissemination,the network public opinion environment is more free,while the public security organs are in the front line,is easy to become the focus of modern public opinion.And,from the current situation of public opinion communication and development in the network era,the lagging early warning and judgment mechanism and single public opinion guidance means have been difficult to adapt to the development of the times.If the negative information of police is not handled in time,let it spread endlessly and uncontrollably,is bound to cause a greater public opinion crisis involving the police.Therefore,the public security organs must take effective crisis management measures to control the development of public opinion and eliminate the adverse effects of public opinion.This paper takes the public opinion management of the police-related network as the main line of study,adopts the crisis management theory,and based on the research results at home and abroad,determines the research methods,taking the current situation of public opinion of the police-related network in j city as an example,summed up the existing manifestations and characteristics,and in the actual work to achieve certain results.Through the questionnaire and individual case interview,and the analysis of the questionnaire and interview results,the paper explores the existing problems and the causes of the problems,and according to its own practical experience from the police,puts forward targeted improvement strategies,that is,to establish a correct awareness of public opinion crisis management on police-related networks,establish an efficient public opinion management mechanism on police-related networks,improve public opinion emergency response plans,continue to issue authoritative news in various ways,and strengthen the management of professional personnel in the ranks,to enhance public trust,to build a new relationship between the Public Security Bureau and the media,and to improve the mechanism for dealing with public opinion,in the hope of providing important help for public security organs at all levels to carry out public opinion management and other related work.
