A Study On Optimization And Upgrading Of Countryside Film Screening Projection

Countryside Film Screening Projection is a public-interest cultural program that the Party and the country care about and serve farmers.Through the "light and shadow effect",the countryside film screening projection has brought the policy of benefiting the people into the grassroots and deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.It has met the needs and expectations of the farmers’ cultural life,guaranteed the basic cultural rights and interests of the farmers,cultivated the moral cultivation of the farmers,guided the farmers to establish a correct outlook on life and values,ensured the farmers to share the achievements of cultural development,and improved the efficiency of rural public cultural services.This paper summarizes the characteristics of different development stages from the "2131" project to the countryside film screening projection,and combs the policy support given by the country from the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" to the "13th Five-Year Plan" and the corresponding development trend of countryside film screening in different periods.By using the research methods of questionnaire survey,case analysis and field survey,it is found that there are some problems in the countryside film screening projection,such as poor film screening sites,backward film equipment,untimely film updates,decreased number of viewers,and aging age structure of grassroots screening teams.In view of these problems,the paper analyzes the causes in detail.Finally,on the basis of reading relevant documents and materials,studying the excellent experience and practices of advanced regions such as Shandong Province and Zhejiang Province,the countermeasures and suggestions which involve four aspects:service concept,service content,service mode and service means for the optimization and upgrading of countryside film screening projection were put forward under the concept of public cultural services and the theory of service innovation thinking model.Specific countermeasures and suggestions include building a comprehensive film public cultural service site in combination with the rural revitalization strategy;Adhere to the combination of characteristic and differentiated construction of rural film screening;Adhere to the combination of fixed screening and mobile screening,and give priority to the construction of fixed screening sites and township cinemas in areas with conditions;Explore the combination of public welfare screening and commercial screening to improve their own hematopoietic function;Guided by farmers’ needs,promote the standardization and equalization of film public cultural services;Improve the social evaluation system and supervision and inspection system;Innovate technical means,implement public digital culture project,etc.
