Rural Public Cultural Services Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization System Construction Research

With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,China has entered a new era of development,and the main social contradictions have also changed.The contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced development needs to be resolved urgently.In the report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Comrade Xi Jinping proposed a strategy for rural revitalization.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic move to solve my country’s "three rural" issues in the new era.The revitalization of rural culture is the spiritual foundation of rural revitalization and an important support for realizing rural civilization,ecological livability,and effective governance.The rural public cultural service system is an important part of the rural public service system,and its development promotes the overall development of the rural public service system.S Town in Quanjiao County is a historic town.The construction of the rural public cultural service system has achieved certain results.The public cultural development momentum is good,and it is necessary to sort out and research.Based on the new public service theory,public product theory,and the cultural outlook of the Chinese Communist Party leadership collectives,this article summarizes and reviews the overall construction process of S Town in the public cultural service system through investigations,interviews and literature review.The results of the construction are mainly manifested in: the construction of a comprehensive cultural service center has begun to take shape;cultural benefits for the people have benefited the people;mass cultural activities have added luster to rural life;intangible cultural heritage has been inherited and protected.Analyzed the deficiencies that still existed in the construction of public cultural service system in S Town: low utilization rate of public cultural infrastructure;low quality of talent team;insufficient construction fund supply;insufficient public cultural service content;public cultural service supply and demand disconnected.In response to the above problems,the government proposes to consolidate the foundation for the construction of the rural public cultural service system,reshape the main status of farmers in cultural construction,and improve the rural public cultural service supply system,etc.,in an effort to improve public cultural services in Town S for the new era.The system provides new ideas.
