Research On The Supply Of Public Culture Service In Western Rural Areas Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Public cultural services should protect the cultural rights of the masses and meet the cultural needs of the masses.In the context of rural revitalization,it is of great significance for the construction of rural civilization,the creation of rural cultural brands,and the improvement of villagers’ autonomy.In recent years,the supply of rural public cultural services has achieved certain results,but there are still regional gaps.The rural areas in the west are more prominent than the supply of public cultural infrastructure in the central and western regions,the lack of supply and demand,low service efficiency,and low public participation.How to improve the quality of public cultural service supply in rural areas in the west,in addition to giving full play to the leading role of the government,we must also introduce market mechanisms to participate in the production and provision of public cultural products and services,and support and guide social forces to supplement the government’s lack of providing rural public cultural services.To reduce the cost of public cultural services,it is necessary to increase the enthusiasm of participating in public culture from the villagers and enhance the sense of well-being and happiness of the villagers’ public cultural services.On the basis of exploring the inevitability and necessity of the supply of public cultural services in the western rural areas,taking the rural revitalization strategy as an opportunity to realize the reform of the supply side structure of rural public cultural services and promote the revitalization of rural culture.This article starts from the following six aspects: The first part of the introduction.Combing the background.Define the concepts related to public cultural services and briefly describe the theoretical basis of public cultural services.The third part is a case study of rural public cultural services in the west.Taking Yu’lin City as an example to illustrate the current supply and effectiveness of rural public cultural services in China.The third part analyzes the problems and causes of the supply of public cultural services in rural areas in the west.The fourth part proposes countermeasures to improve the quality of rural public cultural service supply in the west.
