The huge number of college graduates in our country,coupled with the influence of the COVID-19,the present employment condition of college graduates is increasingly severe,and the employment problem of college graduates has once again been attracted social attention.In the face of a complex and severe employment situation,college graduates will inevitably have different degrees of employment anxiety and worry about their future employment.Therefore,it is particularly important to concern and study the employment anxiety of college graduates.In this study,taking college graduates as the research object,using the questionnaire survey method,561 college graduates were selected as the participants,and the "Simplified Toughness Scale","College Graduates Career Anxiety Questionnaire","Core Self-Evaluation Scale" and "Security Index" were used to measure,investigate the current situation of resilience,employment anxiety,core self-evaluation and security of college graduates,study the impact of psychological toughness,core self-evaluation and security on employment anxiety,and explore the internal mechanism between the four.It is hoped that it can provide some useful suggestions and help for promoting the mental health of college graduates and reducing the employment anxiety of college graduates,and at the same time provide certain references for future related research.The main findings are as follows:(1)The resilience of college graduates is at the upper middle level,and there are obvious differences in gender,only children,place of origin,major,and part-time experience,and there is no significant difference in the choice of graduate school.(2)The college graduates in employment anxiety is at a middle level,and there are conspicuous differences in major,gender,place of origin,only child,part-time experience,and choice of graduate school.(3)The core self-evaluation of college graduates is at the upper medium level,and there are conspicuous differences in places of origin,part-time experience,majors,only children,and graduate school choices,and there are no significant differences in gender.(4)The sense of security of college graduates is at a medium level,and there are significant differences in majors,only children,and part-time experience,and there are no significant differences in gender,student origin,and choice of graduate school.(5)There was a conspicuous positive correlation between the psychological toughness of college graduates and the core self-evaluation,a significant negative correlation with employment anxiety and its dimensions,and a significant positive correlation with the sense of security and its dimensions;there was a conspicuous negative correlation between the core self-evaluation and employment anxiety and its dimensions,and a conspicuous positive correlation with the sense of security and its dimensions;there was a significant negative correlation between employment anxiety and the total score of security,and there was also a significant negative correlation in some dimensions.(6)Psychological toughness of college graduates has a significant predictive effect on core self-evaluation and employment anxiety;core self-evaluation has a significant predictive effect on employment anxiety.Conclusions:The core self-evaluation of college graduates plays a part of the mediating role between psychological resilience and employment anxiety.The sense of security of college graduates plays a regulatory role between core self-evaluation and employment anxiety,and regulates the second half of the path of the intermediary model. |
