Undergraduates who have undergone higher education have a certain level of cognition, sufficient knowledge, and an independent value system. After entering society, they strive to find jobs that match their abilities, thoughts, and concepts.Since 2003,higher education in China has gradually become popular, with the number of college students increasing year by year.College students are no longer rare. The peak of the "most difficult employment season" is constantly being refreshed.Affected by factors such as imbalance in human resource demand, more independent values, high employment aspirations, and their own abilities, college students have more choices in addition to immediate employment after graduation, such as starting a business, taking an entrance examination for postgraduate studies, taking an entrance examination for a company, and traveling to study. In recent years, there is a group of "slow employment" among college students in China, who choose to support teaching, tourism, study tours, internships, etc.in the years after graduation, resulting in a gradual increase in the proportion of "slow employment" and "entrepreneurship".Some data show that "slow employment" has gradually been accepted by people, but some college students are gradually losing themselves due to "slow employment".Therefore, whether "slow employment" is good or bad has aroused a new thinking in society.Based on past research on employment and interviews with classmates,it has been found that core self-evaluation,action ability, and psychological resilience are one of the factors affecting graduates’ employment. In Study 1,444 college students in Wuhan were surveyed using the "Slow Employment Attitude Scale","Core Self Evaluation Scale","Psychological Resilience Scale",and "Action Power Scale".After removing invalid questionnaires,410 valid questionnaires were obtained,This research takes core selfevaluation, resilience and action as variables to explore the relationship between them and the "slow employment" attitude, and based on the conclusion of study 1 and the core characteristics of emotional ABC theory, attribution theory,self-efficacy theory and core self-evaluation,study 2 conducted group counseling intervention activities with the theme of improving core self-evaluation for 24 eligible graduates in Wuhan,Examining whether intervention activities with the theme of enhancing graduates’ core self-evaluation can improve graduates’ employment attitudes. The research conclusion is as follows:(1)The stronger the performance of core self-evaluation,psychological resilience, and mobility, the weaker the college students’ attitudes towards slow employment, and the greatest impact of core self-evaluation.Core self-evaluation negatively predicts slow employment attitudes.(2)Psychological resilience and mobility partially mediate between core selfevaluation and slow employment attitudes.(3)Group counseling with the theme of improving core self-evaluation can promote the core self-evaluation of graduates, and can improve the employment attitude of graduates to a certain extent.
