The method of questionnaire survey was used in the study. The questionnaires, including employment stressor and the resilience of job select, companying with State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, were employed to investigate the juniors and seniors of Harbin Normal University and Hei Long Jiang University. Factor analysis was used to explore the students'employment stressor and the resilience of job select, ANOVA was used to analyze the situation of employment stressor,the resilience of job select and job anxiety, the linear structural relation model was employed to find out the relationship among employment stressor,the resilience of job select and job anxiety.The results showed:(1) The colleges' aim focus level in city is significantly higher than that in village. The colleges' aim focus level in village is significantly higher than that in country. (2) The level of liberal arts is higher than that of science about the active cognition factor of the resilience of job select.(3) The liberal arts colleges coming from village feel more employment stressor than the science coming from village in the level of employment stressor scores. (4) The liberal arts colleges coming from village feel more social stressor than the science coming from village in social stressor factor of employment stressor. (5) The liberal arts colleges feel more parents' stressor than the science in parents' stressor factor of employment stressor. (6) The schoolboys in science have more job anxiety than in liberal arts job anxiety. The level of non-only senior schoolboys' job anxiety is significantly higher than junior. The level of non-only senior schoolboys' job anxiety is significantly higher than only. (7) The resilience of job select plays the partial mediation role in the relation of employment stressor and job anxiety. (8) Only parents support factor and aim focus factor play the partial mediation role in the relation of employment stressor and job anxiety.(9) There are no significant differences in comparing with each other of the four resilience of job select factors.
