| With the development of higher education in China,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,the employment pressure is increasing,and the employment problem is becoming increasingly prominent.The psychological pressure of college graduates’ employment is not only influenced by the objective factors such as society,colleges,employers and families,but also restricted by their own subjective factors.At the same time,the psychological pressure of employment has a different impact on the emotional and physical and mental health of graduates.Therefore,in today’s increasingly serious employment psychological pressure of college graduates,we should not only limit this problem to the speculative level,but also take practical action.As a scientific method of social work,group work plays an important role in alleviating the employment psychological pressure of college graduates with the same or similar problems.This paper takes the senior graduates of Shenyang L University as an example,according to the recommendation of psychological teachers and counselors,carries out a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with 40 senior graduates who have employment psychological pressure,summarizes the performance and causes of graduates’ employment psychological pressure,and uses the professional methods of group work to carry out five targeted group activities.In the process of group work,lead the group members to make clear the group objectives,formulate group contracts,help the group members learn simple skills to relieve psychological pressure through interaction and experience exchange between the group members,accurately position themselves,master necessary skills of job selection and interview,and improve employment confidence.At the end of the activity,through the pre-test and post test results evaluation,satisfaction evaluation of team members and self-evaluation of workers,we found that this group activity has achieved some results.The advantages of group work method in relieving the psychological pressure of college graduates are verified.Group work emphasizes the interaction among team members,which plays an important role in realizing common growth for college graduates with similar educational background and job hunting experience. |
