Research On Improving The Public Cultural Service Capabilities Of C Street In Laizhou City Under The Background Of Rural Cultural Revitalizatio

Village is the most basic and the smallest part of the whole structure of the country,but the many villages constitute a huge structure,and this structure and the structure of the many cities depend on each other,mutual promotion,so the village has the same important status as the city.However,due to various shortcomings in rural development,there is a huge gap between urban and rural areas.The rural revitalization strategy is a great strategy based on the current situation of rural development,it is to find and solve problems from the perspective of the broad masses of farmers,to meet the new needs of farmers in the new era,and to achieve the great goal of making the countryside good and farmers rich.The rural revitalization strategy puts forward five aspects of revitalization,which are closely linked.Among them,cultural revitalization is very important.The revitalization of rural culture depends on the promotion of the public cultural service ability at the grass-roots level,which directly determines the direction of rural public cultural undertakings.This thesis divides the development of public cultural services in C Street in Lai Zhou into three stages: from “Ideological tool” to “Economic construction tool”,from“Government cultural management” to “Cultural rights guarantee” and from “Cultural rights guarantee” to “Cultural livelihood construction”,through the vertical comparison,this paper summarizes the measures to enhance the capacity of public cultural services in C Street.This thesis analyzes the reasons for the existing problems from the following five aspects: the grass-roots participation,the investment of public cultural funds,the main body of cultural service supply,the supervision and assessment of cultural service,and the structure of the grass-roots cultural talents.Based on the actual situation of C Street in Lai Zhou,we should innovate the service model based on demand,strengthen the financial guarantee for the supply of public cultural services,insist on government-led,diversified and coordinated supply,and strengthen overall supervision,suggestions on the capacity building of public cultural services in C Street of Lai Zhou were made from the following five aspects: establishing an assessment mechanism,cultivating cultural personnel and strengthening the support of talents.
