A Study On The Construction Of Agricultural Public Cultural Service In M Town,Yinan County,Linyi City From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

2017,China proposed and began to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization.For a long time,our party and government have attached great importance to the "three rural" issue,which is directly related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and the future development of our country.To solve the "three rural" problem as the focus,the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategic development plan.The overall requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy include industrial prosperity,effective governance,rich life,ecological livability and rural civilization.Since the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China,it has promoted the rapid development of rural areas in China.The level of rural public infrastructure has been greatly improved,the ecological environment has been improved,and the quality of life of farmers has been greatly improved.As the implementer of the national policy,the township government must seize the opportunity of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and promote the construction of public cultural services in combination with the actual situation of the region.M town is located in the north of Yinan County,Linyi City,Shandong Province.The government of M town has been strengthening the construction of rural public cultural services under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,and has made some achievements.However,there are still many problems in the construction of rural public cultural services in town M.in this regard,this paper studies the construction of rural public cultural services.First of all,it introduces the background and significance of this study,summarizes and summarizes the relevant research of scholars at home and abroad,which lays a sufficient reference for this study.And the basic concepts involved in this study are defined;secondly,combined with the background of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the paper introduces the staffing and institutional setting of the local government.This paper investigates the current situation and effect of rural public cultural service construction in M town.However,there are still some problems in the construction of rural public cultural services,which are embodied in the insufficient supply of rural public cultural services,the lack of talents in rural public cultural services,the shortage of funds in the construction of rural public cultural services system,etc.the causes of these problems areanalyzed in depth.Finally,combined with the actual situation of M town government,a set of practical situation is put forward Rural public cultural service construction path.It includes guiding various funds to invest in the construction of rural public cultural service system,strengthening the training of rural public cultural service talents,and establishing the evaluation mechanism of rural public cultural service system.
