Research On The Supply Of Public Cultural Services And Countermeasures In S Town Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China attaches particular importance to the work of "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers",and proposes the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Rural revitalization requires culture first.With the development of China’s economy and society,the people’s demand for spiritual and cultural life is increasingly high,and the demand for public cultural services is increasingly strong.Especially in rural areas,the problem of insufficient and unbalanced supply of public cultural products is prominent.It is necessary to attach great importance to the supply of rural public cultural services,further increase investment in the supply of rural public cultural services,and optimize the structure and institutional mechanisms of public cultural services,Strive to solve the contradiction between public cultural demand and supply,and provide internal impetus for rural revitalization.This article takes S Town as a sample to study the supply of public cultural services.Through reading a large number of relevant books and documents,it describes the provision of public cultural services in the context of rural revitalization.On this basis,through field visits and surveys,the current situation of public cultural services in S Town is analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.Firstly,it classifies the existing domestic and foreign public cultural service theories,and summarizes them.After that,using methods such as questionnaires,field visits,and consulting relevant materials,the current situation of public cultural services provision in S Town was analyzed,and the gap between S Town and rural cultural revitalization in terms of public cultural services was found.The specific manifestations are the imbalance in the allocation of public cultural resources,the weak talent team in the supply of public cultural services,the low level of supply of public cultural services,and the inadequate performance of the supply functions of public cultural services.The existing problems are analyzed.Then,on the basis of absorbing the excellent experiences of Suzhou,Hangzhou,and Shanghai,summarizing experience and methods,and combining the actual situation of S Town,it is proposed that we can improve the construction path of S Town’s public cultural services by increasing investment in public cultural services,establishing a scientific public cultural service system,strengthening the construction of grassroots cultural work teams,and strengthening the performance of government’s public cultural service functions.Promote the diversified,high-quality,and high-level development of public cultural services in S Town,and also have certain reference value for other towns in providing public cultural services.
