Classroom management is an important guarantee for the smooth development of teaching activities,which is related to the efficiency and quality of the whole classroom.The new curriculum reform puts forward higher and more urgent requirements for classroom management.The organic integration of classroom management in teaching makes the English classroom more efficient.However,the scientific and advanced classroom management concept is restricted by teachers’ cognitive ability and teaching habits,which makes teachers’ classroom management level have individual differences,and the integration effect of classroom teaching and classroom management is poor.The new curriculum reform has been implemented for many years,but there is a lack of teaching theory guidance.Teachers do not understand the teaching objectives of the new curriculum and adopt a negative attitude.As a result,there are some problems in the integration of English curriculum and classroom management in high school of X Middle School in Lianjiang City,such as unclear integration teaching objectives and poor integration effect.Therefore,by studying the relationship between senior high school English teaching and classroom management,we can better complete the curriculum teaching tasks under the background of the new era and new curriculum and improve the effect of classroom teaching.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the teaching staff and students of X Middle School in Lianjiang City,and a total of 310 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on the simple descriptive statistical analysis of demographic variables,this paper investigates the current situation of the integration of curriculum teaching and classroom management.It is found that the problems faced by the application of classroom management in senior high school English curriculum teaching are as follows: it is difficult to get rid of the influence of traditional teaching;Unclear integration objectives;The effect of integrated teaching is poor;The course teaching falls into the thinking pattern.In view of the survey results and practical problems,this study puts forward that at the policy level,we should guide the integration of teaching resources under the background of curriculum management and vigorously promote the strength of senior high school curriculum management;Schools should strengthen teachers’ theoretical study of integrated curriculum teaching,formulate scientific and reasonable integrated curriculum teaching objectives,and establish and improve the feedback mechanism of campus classroom management;As an important practice subject,teachers need to change the innovative teaching attitude of integrated curriculum,give students more educational humanistic care,and improve the level of teaching skills under the background of integration. |
