In recent years,China’s vocational colleges have developed rapidly,and higher vocational education has gradually become the focus of attention of scholars.As a basic compulsory course for higher vocational students,public English has become the focus of attention of English teachers and many scholars in higher vocational education.Teachers to teach trouble,students learn tired,students lack of interest in English learning,graduates of English application ability is not satisfactory situation has always existed.The task of higher vocational colleges is to train higher technical applied talents,but the development of most vocational colleges in our country lags behind the requirements of society.As a public English teacher in higher vocational education,we try to introduce the method of experiential teaching,create the teaching situation by simulating the actual employment situation and carry out targeted teaching for students of different majors.Classroom management is an important guarantee for the effective implementation of effective teaching is the teaching activities for the survival of the basic conditions that determine the physical and mental health of students and all-round development.However,in the process of access to a large number of documents found in the classroom teaching experience management of the article is very rare.First of all,most of the articles on the experience of teaching are from the theoretical point of view of its role in enhancing the efficiency of classroom teaching,there is little practice of landing.Second,most of the articles on classroom management are aimed at the level of basic education research,for higher education,especially in the classroom management of vocational education very little.Thus,to carry out vocational English teaching experience in the classroom management practice for improving the status of public English classes in higher vocational colleges can not wait to be meaningful.This chapter is divided into six chapters,the first chapter introduces the background,the research goal,the research method,the research mentality and the related literature in detail.The second chapter introduces the theoretical foundation and the creation way of the public English experience teaching in higher vocational education The third chapter to the sixth chapter divides the public English teaching into the four steps of "group","listening and speaking","reading and writing" and "sharing",and introduces the setting basis,design idea and classroom management strategy of each step in detail;The seventh chapter is the practice of this part of the test part,I chose to teach their own 15 marketing 4 classes as the experimental object,1,2 classes for the control class,3,4 classes for the experimental class.The use of interviews to understand some of the teachers and students on the selection of classroom teaching methods,the understanding of the experience of teaching and classroom management recommendations and comments;this study produced a total of two questionnaires,were investigated students interest in learning and learning As well as students feedback onexperiential classroom management;through ’a semester of classroom observation,compared with different teaching methods,students learn the enthusiasm and classroom participation.It is found that the classroom management of experiential teaching can effectively improve the classroom participation of the students.The author chooses the same difficulty test questions,and finds out that the implementation of experiential teaching classroom management can improve the students’ English Comprehensive Application Ability.In the following part,the author summarizes the research results of this thesis,analyzes the breakthrough and limitation of the research,and prospects the teaching of public English in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the implementation methods of classroom management from the perspective of experiential teaching,and analyzes the classroom management data and feedback of the experience teaching of public English class in Guangzhou South China Business College in combination with interview method,questionnaire method,observation method and teaching experiment method To explore the effect of optimizing the problems of public English classes in higher vocational colleges,and to provide some useful reference for the effective classroom management of the first-line public English teachers.
