In recent years,Chinese international education has continued to develop with high quality,and many countries have gradually begun to incorporate Chinese into their national education systems.Chinese has long been one of the foreign language subjects in the Korean college entrance examination,so the development of Chinese education in South Korea has a long history.China and South Korea have always maintained a good relationship.The development of both China and South Korea has been influenced by Confucian culture.The increasingly close exchanges between China and South Korea have led to the continuous development of Chinese education in South Korea,with an increasing number of people learning Chinese and an increasing number of learners of all ages.However,there is still a large shortage of Chinese teachers in modern Chinese education in South Korea,and the current number of Chinese teachers in South Korea cannot meet the existing learning needs.In view of the above contradictions,this paper selects Master of Chinese International Education graduates with undergraduate degrees majoring in Korean as the survey subjects,because these graduates have certain advantages in engaging in Chinese teaching for Korea,and if these graduates can engage in Chinese teaching related work for South Korea,it will alleviate the problem of large shortage of Chinese teachers in Korea.After determining the research object,This thesis first systematically introduces the reasons for choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of this research,as well as the research ideas and methods;Then review and classify the results of relevant research papers on the employment of international masters of education in Chinese;Before conducting the actual survey,the advantages and disadvantages of Master of Chinese International Education graduates students with Korean language majors in engaging in Chinese education were analyzed.After completing the above theoretical analysis,the actual investigation and research were carried out,mainly including the design of the questionnaire,the distribution of the questionnaire,and the interview.After the data collection work,SPSS data analysis software was used to professionally analyze the data obtained from the actual survey,and according to the data analysis and interview results,it was found that the employment of the research subjects mainly had three problems: low professional counterpart rate,low satisfaction,and low employment quality.At the same time,according to the data correlation analysis,it is found that the factors affecting employment mainly include unclear cross-examination motivation,unclear career planning,lack of practical experience,lack of professional employment guidance,school education does not combine the advantages of undergraduate professional background,and low social demand.Based on the above questions,this study puts forward targeted suggestions from the three levels of students,colleges and universities,and society: clarify motivation before the examination,make career planning in advance,improve their professional strength,enrich teaching practice experience,improve curriculum settings,give full play to students’ undergraduate professional background advantages,expand overseas employment channels,improve employment guidance,improve the domestic Chinese language education market,increase employment opportunities,attach importance to the re-employment of returning teachers,and improve the employment advantages of Chinese teachers.Finally,the main conclusions of this study and the current shortcomings of this study are summarized.It is hoped that through the joint efforts of all parties,the employment problem of this part of the graduates can be solved,the growth of the professional employment rate of these graduates can be promoted,the problem of the shortage of teachers in South Korea’s Chinese can be improved,and the high-quality development of Chinese education in South Korea can be promoted. |
