Analysis On The Employment Status And Countermeasures Of Five-year Higher Vocational Dance Graduates

With the development of modern society and the change of educational concept and goal,the demand for various professionals in society is constantly changing.Higher vocational colleges,as one of the components of higher education in the modern education system,carry out education with vocational orientation and pertinence,and transfer a large number of practical talents to all walks of life.However,in contrast to the rapid development of Higher Vocational Colleges in China,the employment market for graduates has been in a downturn in recent years.At the same time,with the popularization and development of dance art and the maturity of dance education in Higher Vocational colleges,a number of outstanding dance graduates have been trained in Higher Vocational colleges.Dance major is different from other majors,and the social demand is relatively limited.Therefore,the employment situation of dance graduates in five-year vocational colleges is more severe.Based on this,the employment problems of Dance Majors in five year higher vocational colleges are studied.Through data analysis,interviews and other scientific research methods,taking Y vocational college dance major as an example,this paper investigates the employment status of Y vocational college dance graduates,analyzes the difficulties and problems of Y college dance graduates employment,and further explores the deep-seated reasons,and finally puts forward targeted solutions.Countermeasures and suggestions.Graduates themselves should further enhance their overall quality,broaden their employment horizons,set up a scientific concept of career selection,and do a good job in career planning.Schools should build employment guidance service system,and targeted implementation of dance professional employment skills training;social aspects should also expand the scope of employment,dance graduates to increase employment positions.Through the above methods,can solve the Y vocational college dance graduates employment difficulties and problems,but also for other vocational colleges dance graduates to enhance employment ability to provide reference and reference.
