The professional practice ability of the Master of Chinese international education is the key ability they need to have in solving professional problems,which not only affects the national strategy of promoting Chinese culture,but also is the key to improving the employment competitiveness of the Master of Chinese international education.It is an urgent problem to effectively improve the professional practice ability of master of han education,but there are few relevant researches in the past.Based on this,this study,from the perspective of employment,that is,the "export" of talent training,looks at the cultivation of professional practice ability of master of Chinese education,and explores how to effectively improve professional practice ability of master of Chinese education.Through the literature review of this study should clarify the connotation of han taught master's professional competence and structure system,through the questionnaire to the han taught master's graduates professional practice ability evaluation were investigated,using R software for statistical analysis of the collected data and further combining with interview in-depth analysis of the graduates and the head of the similarities and differences of different jobs in professional practice ability evaluation and its reason was analyzed,and specific get the following conclusion:First of all,the professional practice ability of master of Chinese education refers to the general term of the knowledge and skills that master of Chinese education should have when solving specific problems such as Chinese language teaching,Chinese cultural communication,cross-cultural communication and professional development.Its structure system includes six secondary dimensions,including Chinese teaching foundation,Chinese teaching skills,teaching organization and classroom management,organizing extracurricular activities,Chinese culture and intercultural communication,and 17 tertiary dimensions,with a total of 49 specific indicators.Secondly,the results of the questionnaire survey show that the three dimensions of professional practice ability are very important in the work of the graduates.Among them,positive attitude and classroom organization and management ability are the most important,followed by mastering the theoretical knowledge and teaching skills of second language teaching,and then the communication and teaching ability of Chinese culture.The regression analysis shows that the undergraduate major will affect the score of "positive attitude and classroom organization and management",and the age and working hours will affect the score of "Chinese culture communication and teaching ability".Thirdly,the interview analysis shows that there are differences and some common points in the evaluation of the importance of professional practice ability among the graduates of master's degree in Chinese education.The common points were that the interviewees all considered Chinese communicative ability,classroom management ability,good psychological quality,the ability to organize extracurricular activities,and the ability to use modern educational technology to be very important.The difference is mainly reflected in that respondents in the professional employment field think that important theoretical knowledge and teaching ability of second language teaching are not so important in the non-professional employment field,while respondents in the non-relevant employment field think that cross-cultural communication ability and the ability to objectively and accurately introduce China are more important.The similarities and differences are mainly caused by the different requirements of different industries,the common characteristics of jobs in different fields and the different emphasis of different positions on the same ability dimension.Finally,there are some problems in the cultivation of professional practice ability of master's degree in Chinese education,including the unreasonable curriculum setting and the lack of making full use of elective courses according to the actual needs of students.The contents and assessment methods of courses need to be optimized.Some courses are updated slowly,and the assessment methods of some courses are unreasonable.Students are not used to convert memorization knowledge into teaching skills.The opportunity of practice is insufficient,so the practice of education still needs to be further improved.Based on the above research results,this study puts forward specific Suggestions on the cultivation of professional practice ability of master of Chinese education from the aspects of curriculum setting,teaching and assessment as well as practical aspects.The results of this study can provide some references for the cultivation of the professional practice ability of the master of Chinese international education.
