Analysis And Research On The Self-employment Of Physical Education Colleges Sports Dance Project Graduates Based On College Students’" Mass Entrepreneurship And Innovation" Policy

With the development and progress of the social era,the enrollment scale of colleges and universities is gradually expanding,providing a continuous supply of graduates for the society.Whether graduates can be successfully employed has become a concern of the public.With the promulgation of premier Li Ke Qiang’s slogan of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" and policies,it is more active to guide and encourage college students to carry out entrepreneurship and innovation.Sports dance,with its unique sociability and entertainment,has developed and spread vigorously since it was introduced into China in the early 1980 s.Since the development of sports colleges and universities to recruit professional sports,sports dance program graduates employment situation is not optimistic,many graduates in employment can not find similar professional or the corresponding work,which greatly affects the sports dance program development.Based on the "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" policy of college students,this paper takes the self-employment of sports dance project graduates in sports colleges and universities as the research object.Taking the class of 2015 and 2016 graduates majoring in dance of xi ’an sports university as the main objects of investigation.Literature survey,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,field survey and logical analysis were used to make a comparative analysis of the respondents,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The employment rate is high and the number of innovative entrepreneurs is low: the number of college sports dance graduates who choose the traditional employment mode is relatively large,and the proportion of choosing to start their own businesses is relatively low,which is inconsistent with the goal of mass entrepreneurship mass innovation advocated by the current state.2.There are many problems in the process of starting a business: sports dance special independent entrepreneurs lack clear business goals and plans;The combination of self-employment and self-employment is unreasonable and lacks team cooperation ability.The lack of entrepreneurial experience has limited fund raising and the entrepreneurial environment needs to be further improved.3.Multiple factors affect the entrepreneurial process: from the school perspective: the training program does not implement innovative entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship education management institutions are lacking,and there are certain problems in entrepreneurship guidance.From the perspective of the society and the government,the publicity for innovation and entrepreneurship is not in place,the social environment for innovation and entrepreneurship is sluggish.From the economic point of view,it is difficult to raise venture capital,the ability to bear risks is weak,the fund support policy is insufficient,and the propaganda is poor.From the perspective of entrepreneurs themselves: their own experience is insufficient,they do not adapt to the requirements of the workplace,their professional knowledge is not solid,and their comprehensive quality is weak.Under the interaction of the above aspects,sports dance graduates are affected to some extent to start their own businesses.The following Suggestions are:1.College sports dance graduates should closely follow the steps and trends of national development and become the main body of graduates’ independent entrepreneurship practice.2.In the early stages of starting a business,you can consult more about relevant projects or experts seeking help and guidance,define your own business goals and plans,enhance your team cooperation ability,and further use the government’s preferential policies on "double innovation" for college students to obtain financial and technical support and help.3.Make the best use of school resources and improve self-employment practice;The society further encourages and guides graduates to start their own businesses.Providing certain social security conditions and entrepreneurial conditions in the economic aspect;Cultivate their own entrepreneurial awareness,do a good job in business planning.
