| With the rapid development of social and economic,there is an urgent demand for technical and skilled talents,and also puts forward new requirements for vocational education.China’s secondary vocational education mainly trains technical and skilled talents who are urgently needed in the frontline of production,construction and service to meet the requirements of the new era.The development of society requires secondary vocational students need to have a stronger comprehensive quality and ability,writing ability as a more important skill,is secondary vocational students must master and use.This skill largely meets the needs of society,life,and work.In secondary vocational schools,the applied writing course is a public basic course,which aims to cultivate students’ practical writing ability.Classroom teaching management is the basis of teaching activities.Scientific and effective classroom teaching management is the necessary guarantee to improve teaching efficiency and cultivate technical talents.It is very important to improve the classroom teaching management ability of applied writing teachers in secondary vocational schools.In view of this,this paper mainly expounds the teaching management of secondary vocational applied writing classroom from the following four aspects:Introduction,It mainly clarifies the research background,research purpose and research significance of this paper,literature review,the relevant concept definition and theoretical basis of the classroom teaching management of secondary vocational applied writing,as well as the research ideas,objects and methods;Chapter 1 takes Chongqing D Vocational Education Center as an example,The author of the paper took the second grade students and Chinese teachers of the school as the survey object,Interview with the Chinese teachers,The author of the paper goes deep into the front line of teaching to listen to the course evaluation and classroom observation,From the perspective of students and teachers,the current situation of secondary vocational applied writing classroom teaching management;In Chapter 2,based on the survey data,Put forward the problems existing in the classroom teaching management of applied writing in secondary vocational schools.Through classroom teaching environment management,classroom teaching relationship management,classroom teaching order management and classroom teaching process management,we analyze the problems from the perspectives of student,teacher,school,family and social environment.The fourth chapter aims at the above four aspects,discusses the application of writing classroom teaching management improvement strategy.For example,in the aspect of classroom teaching environment management,That teachers should pay attention to the classroom physical environment and the psychological status of students,Create a good classroom physics environment,Create a good classroom psychological environment;In the aspect of classroom teaching relationship management,Put forward to create a good relationship between teachers and students and student relationship;In terms of classroom teaching order management,Teachers and students should make classroom rules together,Teachers should correctly deal with the students’ classroom problems and behaviors,Strengthen the communication between teachers and students,To solve problems together;In terms of classroom teaching process management,To improve the course teaching setting,To change teachers’ cognition and understanding of practical writing,To adopt effective teaching methods,Make good use of the applied writing network teaching platform,To effectively supervise the classroom teaching links of practical writing,To improve the evaluation mechanism of the classroom teaching management of applied writing,Thus promoting students’ learning,Improve the effectiveness of practical writing classroom teaching management. |
