Education is the foundation of a hundred years’ plan.Secondary vocational education,as an important part of China’s education,provides a strong talent guarantee and intellectual support for China’s economic and social development,and is highly valued and supported by the state.Secondary vocational students,as the subject of learning,also receive much attention.In the era of knowledge economy,business writing become each one of the modern people must have skills,is a secondary vocational school students the necessary basic quality,step into the society "business writing" as an instrumental,practicality and humanity unifies the public basic courses,the improvement of secondary vocational students’ humanities accomplishment is of great significance.However,during my internship in KMGD Vocational Senior High School,I found that there were many problematic behaviors of secondary vocational students in the class of "Practical Writing",which seriously hindered the normal development of teachers’ teaching activities,resulting in poor teaching effect and students’ learning effect.Therefore,based on the class of Practical Writing in KMGD Vocational High School,the author tries to analyze the causes of problematic behaviors of secondary vocational students in class and proposes effective countermeasures.This study is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,and summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad,as well as the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter is the definition of concept and theoretical basis.This chapter mainly defines the core concepts involved in the study,such as secondary vocational students,classroom problem behavior and practical writing,and elaborates the theory of cognitive behavior correction and the theory of multiple intelligences applied in this study.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the classroom problem behavior of vocational students "Practical Writing".This chapter adopts the methods of classroom observation,student questionnaire and teacher interview to investigate and analyze the current situation of classroom problem behaviors of KMGD vocational senior high school students in "Practical Writing",and finds that the classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students in "Practical Writing" are more prominent,susceptible and persistent.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the influencing factors of the classroom problem behavior of vocational students "Practical Writing".Based on the analysis of the current situation and the results of the survey,this chapter analyzes the specific reasons for the problematic behaviors of vocational school students in practical Writing from four aspects: students,teachers,school and environment.The fifth chapter is "Practical Writing" classroom problem behavior countermeasures for vocational students.This chapter mainly according to the secondary vocational students "Practical writing" classroom problem behavior factors,from the student level,teacher level,school level and environmental level to put forward effective countermeasures.It emphasizes that students should correct their learning attitude,face up to the classroom problem behavior of Practical Writing and improve their self-control ability.Teachers of Practical Writing should pay attention to improving classroom teaching activities,perfecting classroom management system,optimizing classroom teaching environment and improving teacher-student relationship.Secondary vocational schools to improve the relevant system construction,effective play their own role;The family and the school should establish the linkage mechanism,the society from all walks of life should work together,purify the social environment,guide the student to surf the Internet correctly.Through multi-party cooperation,work together to solve the class problem behavior of vocational students "Practical writing",improve the teaching quality of "practical writing".Chapter six is the conclusion.This chapter mainly summarizes the research contents,points out the shortcomings of this research and points out the future research direction. |
