With the progress of society and human civilization,more and more junior high school students choose secondary vocational schools to further improve themselves,among which preschool education is particularly popular.According to the outline of the national program for medium-and long-term education reform and development(2010-2020),the "2020 national basic education of preschool education" aims to cultivate secondary vocational schools,pushing the construction of preschool education to the forefront.It is inevitable to reform and develop the important position of kindergarten teacher training.Art teaching is one of the basic courses of preschool education and a compulsory course.It is for the preschool education major students,in the future engaged in early childhood education,improve their own artistic literacy,training practical ability has a very important role.In recent years,there are relatively few papers on art teaching of secondary vocational preschool education,and most of these papers are written by front-line art teachers in secondary vocational education.Most of these papers lack the support of theoretical basis and lack of systematical research.This study will be an institute of vocational education centers on Dunhua preschool education specialized student as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire survey and interview,the method of position to adapt to the current situation of fine arts teaching of the school is based on understanding,find out problems,analysis of its causes,and puts forward management measures,in order to improve students’ learning the art class,reduce the discomfort after work.Through the analysis of the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall level of art teaching in preschool education based on post adaptation is not good:the teaching objectives cannot be fully implemented,and the design of children’s art teaching is neglected;Insufficient attention is paid to the teaching contents of children’s art teaching design,language teaching and textbook analysis.The teaching method is single,it is difficult to stimulate the students learning enthusiasm;Lack of multiple evaluation methods,focus on the evaluation of painting level;Art teaching effect is not good,students can not serve as children art teaching work.(2)Students’ art discipline foundation and learning ability are not so good,which makes teaching more difficult and will affect the art teaching effect of preschool secondary vocational education based on post adaptation.(3)Teachers’ lack of understanding and improper teaching attitude towards art teaching of pre-school secondary vocational education based on post adaptation will affect their design of teaching objectives,selection and organization of teaching contents,selection of teaching methods,and methods and contents of teaching evaluation.(4)Schools’ neglect of art teaching in children will affect teachers’ attitudes,which will indirectly affect art teaching based on post adaptation;The teaching resources of the school are single,so that students have fewer learning ways,which will affect the teaching effect of fine arts.And put forward specific management countermeasures:Teacher’s Angle:(1)Attach importance to the cultivation of students’ confidence and enhance their interest in art learning.(2)To train teachers’ art teaching ability and strengthen their understanding of art teaching in preschool secondary vocational education.(3)Set up a research group to cultivate teachers’ spirit of research.(4)Define the teaching content of art teaching in pre-school secondary vocational education and develop appropriate teaching materials.School’s Angle:(5)Adopt the teaching method that is suitable for the post,and enhance the connection with other disciplines.(6)Design diversified teaching evaluation methods to enrich teaching evaluation subjects.(7)Strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,provide more internship opportunities,rich teaching resources.
