Practical writing is a very important communication tool in people’s lives.Vocational school students learn practical writing not only to adapt to the development of society,but also to meet the needs of students’ lifelong development and meet the requirements of new curriculum reform.Because of its unique communicative function,practical writing shows more and more outstanding characteristics of practicality,universality and practicality.Practical writing is a public basic course in secondary vocational schools.During the teaching of practical writing in secondary vocational schools,the author tried a variety of teaching methods and carried out various teaching exploration and experimental activities successively,from which it is concluded that mind mapping plays a very important role in the classroom teaching of practical writing in secondary vocational schools.As a graphic thinking tool,mind map has a positive impact on the improvement of students’ writing interest,the development of thinking quality and the optimization of writing teaching environment.The application of mind mapping in practical writing teaching in secondary vocational schools is of great value.The actual research process is carried out from the following five aspects.The first part: Introduction,which studies the research background,purpose,significance,methods and technical routes,domestic and foreign research,and defines the concepts of mind map and practical writing.The second part: Expounds the necessity and feasibility of applying mind mapping to practical writing teaching in secondary vocational schools.The third part: Through classroom observation,teacher interview and questionnaire survey,the application status of mind mapping in practical writing teaching in secondary vocational schools is investigated and analyzed,the problems existing in writing teaching are summarized,and the solutions are put forward.The fourth part: The practical application of mind mapping in practical writing teaching in secondary vocational schools,taking "personal resume" writing teaching as an example,expounds the teaching implementation process and makes a comprehensive reflection on the teaching.The fifth part: From three angles: the teacher’s self-evaluation,the observer’s feedback and the students’ evaluation of teaching,the application effect of mind mapping in practical writing teaching in secondary vocational schools is evaluated,and some suggestions for teaching optimization are put forward.
