China’s cultural undertakings continue to develop vigorously for the past few years.The government of Wuhan has paid attention to construct the soft power of cultural business and improve the cultural characteristics shaping.The best way to improve the quality of citizens and life,which lead to building a "Well-being Wuhan",is promoting cultural construction.Donghu Hi-Tech Group,as the leading enterprise in Wuhan,actively responds to the call of the state and the government,deeply arranges the cultural industry,establishes a cultural innovation industrial park,and sets up a new benchmark for cultural creativity in Wuhan.In order to better integrate into th e cultural industry group in Central China,Donghu High-tech Cultural and Creative Industry Park needs to study and formulate feasible development strategies and clarify the overall strategic objectives and strategic planning of the park.Follow the Enterprise Strategic Management Theory,this paper analyses the environment that Donghu High-tech Cultural and Creative Industrial Park must to face,and makes the development strategy for Donghu High-tech.Meanwhile,this paper probes the Donghu High-tech Cultural and Creative Industry Park’s external environment by PEST,and uses the Porter five-force model to analyze the commercial competition faced by the Donghu High-tech Creative Culture Industry Park at the beginning.Secondly,through the analysis of the internal environment of the park,this paper fully excavates the internal resources,advantages and disadvantages of the Donyhu High-tech Cultural and Creative Industry Park,Finally,the SWOT analysis method is used to match the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses faced by the park,so as to obtain the strategy most in line with the development of the park.Through the above analysis,this paper puts forward the overall strategic goal of"Giving Full play to the advantages of the group and selecting the areas of the park with broad prospects;making full use of the company’s existing technological achievements to create high-quality parks;drawing on the company’s good reputation in the science park sector to attract cultural and creative enterprises;realizing the steady growth of the scale and profit of the park and continuing to deepen the layout",and the specific strategic goal of "Acquiring plot a project of China Guanggu cultural and creative industrial park and relying on it to construct Donghu High-tech Cultural and Creative Industrial Park;planning net land area of 130000 M2 and completing total construction area of 210000 M2;realizing 350 enterprises in the park and creating 30,000 jobs;the Donghu High-tech Cultural and Creative Industry Park’s annual output value will reach 10 billion yuan and the Donghu High-tech C ultural and Creative Industry Park will get 1 billion yuan as income;continue to distribute 2-3 cultural and creative industrial parks".At the same time,this paper makes a differentiated competitive strategy for Donghu Hi-tech Cultural and Creative Industrial Park,and formulates a specific functional strategy implementation plan from five aspects such as finance,R&D,marketing,operation and human resources. |
