Research On The Development Strategy Of Qinhuangdao 1984 Cultural And Creative Industrial Park

Cultural and creative industrial park has become an important carrier and main form of the development of cultural industry,which plays an important role in the transformation and upgrading of economic structure and the development of cultural industry.In China,cultural and creative industrial park has a rapid development momentum,increasing benefits,and has begun to take shape.In recent years,there have been some problems in the development of cultural and Creative Industrial Park,including obvious homogenization,imperfect industrial chain,lack of high-end creative talents,unclear functional positioning,emphasis on construction rather than content.In view of the above problems,measures should be taken to improve the service platform,develop special products,cultivate and introduce high-end creative talents,and strengthen the planning of the park.This paper takes Qinhuangdao 1984 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park as the research object,aiming to formulate the development strategy suitable for the park.After more than three years of development,Qinhuangdao 1984 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park has begun to take shape,but at present,it is faced with problems such as insufficient cultivation of creative talents,imperfect industrial chain,lack of prominent cultural core,and imperfect software and hardware supporting facilities.First of all,this paper analyzes the external and internal environment of Qinhuangdao 1984 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park by using PEST analysis of strategic management and Porter’s five forces model analysis,and reveals the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by the industrial park at present.Secondly,using SWOT analysis method,this paper puts forward different alternative development strategies for Qinhuangdao 1984 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park,and makes strategic analysis one by one.Thirdly,it discusses the strategic guiding ideology and main development ideas of Qinhuangdao 1984 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park,and determines that the industrial park should first adopt the reversing strategy to solve the current problems restricting its own development.After the situation is reversed,it should adopt the horizontal diversification strategy and the concentric diversification strategy to develop.Finally,according to the choice of strategic plan,the corresponding safeguard measures are designed.
