Research On The Development Strategy Of Zhejiang Creative Park

With its unique value orientation,extensive coverage and rapid growth mode,cultural and creative industries have injected new vitality into the development of the world economy under the financial crisis and become a strategic industry in the world and urban development.As a benchmark for the development of the industry,the research on its development characteristics has important reference significance.Since its establishment and development from 2009,it has produced billions of benefits per year,and has promoted the development of more than ten industrial parks.Therefore,this article mainly takes Zhejiang cultural industry park as the research model,and makes a further discussion and study on the theory and practice of the cultural creative industries,analyzes the external macro environment and the internal competitive environment of the development of the park,as to explore the reference model for the development of other industrial parks.At the same time,this article will excavating the shortcomings in the current development,and put forward opinions and proposals.On the basis of an adequate study of the existing domestic and foreign literature on creative industrial clusters and industrial parks,the methods and routes of this dissertation are established.First of all,based on the existing literature,this dissertation interviewed the persons who are in related field and in charge to learn the construction,development history,current developments and the future development vision of Zhejiang cultural industry park.In the meantime,this dissertation compared the similar development parks and the well-developed parks in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou with Zhejiang cultural industry park.Combined with the current policy environment,economic environment and cultural environment in Wenzhou,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Based on the theoretical basis,the development strategy of the park is determined through practical investigation and the analysis model of management.Using PEST model to analyze the political,economic,social and cultural environment of Zhejiang cultural industry park,analyzing the competitive environment according to the competition theory of American scholar,Porter,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats combined with the SWOT analysis tool,the strategic combination model is established.Research shows that the development environment of Zhejiang cultural industry park is generally good.First,the policy environment is favorable.In the period of economic transformation,it has better advantages in terms of policy.As the first creative park,there is a unique competitive advantage.Second,there are abundantresources.Depending on school resources and newspaper resources,it has superior R&D platform,human resources and publicizing platform.Third,the funds are abundant.The private economy has a good foundation and a large number of private capital.At present,capital is more keen on investing in cultural and creative industries,so the capital is relatively abundant.Fourth,the legal environment has yet to be improved.At present,the system of intellectual property protection is not perfect.In addition,consumers have weak awareness of intellectual property.The prevalence of piracy influences the enthusiasm of R&D workers.Fifth,there's shortage of innovative talents in the market.The development period of Wenzhou creative industry is shorter,and the relevant talents are few.Sixth,the economic environment is relatively ordinary.At present,the environment is slowing down the pace of economic development,and the development of private economy is also facing obstacles.The overall development of the economy is in transition,and the pace of development is slowing down,which makes the industry of cultural and creative industries affected.The practical implications of the dissertation is: first,the development of cultural and creative industries cannot be separated from the platform of the government,and the enhancement of policies,industrial upgrading and innovation of parks need more support from the government.Second,according to the particularity of the regional culture and the particularity and diversity of the park resources,we should choose the advantages to construct the cultural and Creative Industry Park,such as the advantages,professional advantages,basic social and creative quality and professional clarity of Zhejiang cultural industry park.Third,we should pay attention to the training and introduction of talents.Creative industry emphasizes the creativity and innovation ability of talents.A large number of creative talents are the fundamental guarantee for the prosperity of creative industry.Both the government and universities should attach importance to the cultivation of innovative and creative talents.Fourth,we should attach great importance to creative industries from a strategic perspective.With the upgrading of international industrial structure and the acceleration of domestic industrial structure upgrading,creative industry is an important key to improve industrial structure and economic comprehensive strength,and an important means to improve competitiveness.All regions should formulate strategic plans for the development of creative industry based on their own advantages and resource characteristics.Cultural industry is a strategic emerging industry.It has the characteristics and advantages of fast growth,high industrial viscosity and good linkage development.It has a broad space to serve the national economy,penetrates into different industries and fissions due to cross-border integration,so as to promote and lead cross-border development and iterative innovation in the economic field.At present,the integration and development of culture,science,technology and finance in China is in animportant strategic opportunity period.It is particularly important to further strengthen the three-chain integration of culture industry and technology chain,financial chain and Internet chain.We should do a good job of top-level design of industrial development,combine the attribute characteristics of industrial convergence and innovation development,carry out a forward-looking layout from a strategic height,and define the key directions and tasks of the "convergence" development of cultural industries with science and technology,finance and the Internet.Policy guidance should be strengthened to train a number of new growth points of cross-border integration cultural industries according to local resources,industrial foundation and development stages.At the same time,we should actively explore ways of supervision of cultural industry suitable for the development of new technologies,new formats and new patterns,establish consultation mechanism and expert consultation mechanism,so as to achieve seamless integration of cultural industry with science,technology,finance and the Internet.To play the real role of "culture +" in the transformation and upgrading of cultural industry,realize the innovation of cultural industry structure,industrial chains and industrial form,create new space of China's cultural productivity and cultural product supply.
