The Chinese and foreign language communication and cooperation for the promotion of international Chinese education,also for the world multicultural exchange learn mutual learning provides the support strength.But the sudden outbreak brought impact and challenges to the teaching Chinese as a foreign language,online teaching practice become the trend of The Times,but the beginning of the novice teachers in teaching,often there are professional skills and practical teaching of "break-in",cause they can quickly adapt to online teaching Chinese as a foreign language,thus affecting the teaching effect.How in the case of preliminary teaching knowledge and skills,strengthen the teaching adaptability,improve teaching efficiency,is that we should focus on the problem,also is the purpose of this study.This paper USES the questionnaire survey method,interview method,the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of heilongjiang university grade 2020 Chinese master degree of international education participate in online teaching practice for more than three months(time)of students to investigate,the investigation of the project involves the teaching contents,teaching links,teaching skills and psychological adapt to the four aspects,the author found that they are generally well adapt to the situation,but there are also adapt to a difficult situation,main performance in the online teaching resources,teaching form a single,interactive comparison of mechanical,through the analysis of the novice teachers in teaching is widespread in the early years of the problem,respectively from the aspects of colleges and universities,education platform,teachers’ three corresponding advice is given,so that the novice teachers to improve the online teaching adaptability,better achieve the teaching goal.
